"The very first time we heard Vera Voce sing, she performed "In the Arms of an Angel" on a YouTube channel. We absolutely loved her voice and knew she would be the ideal singer for our Christmas wedding in 2022, and we were so fortunate that our wedding date suited her diary. Little did we know, then, that Vera Voce would - in a metaphorical sense - come to provide those very angelic, reassuring arms for us on our wedding day, as we were faced with a number of unexpected challenges (including train strikes, snow chaos, and traffic delays). It all added to the stresses of the day, particularly for the bridal party, who were not sure they would even make it to wedding in time. However, the moment we entered the Church and were met by Vera Voce's soaring aria as she performed her opening song to the Groom ("Nella Fantasia"), any worries and anxieties magically disappeared. Instead, a wonderful sense of calm and serenity descended - like arms of an angel - where Vera Voce's song, accompanied on the piano by amazing Paolo Freitas, literally transported us to a breathtakingly beautiful, almost etheral, space in time. From that point, everything fell into place, and Vera Voce became our guiding light and steadfast beacon for the rest of the day and evening. Not only was she our amazing soprano for our wedding ceremony, singing five songs in four different languages (Italian, Latin, Portuguese and English!), but she single-handedly provided the full musical entertainment for our wedding reception, covering everything from Depeche Mode to Abba - and even led the wedding party in a surprise Les Miserables flash mob! We are indebted to Vera Voce for making our wedding day the huge and unforgettable success that it was; her work ethic and professionalism is second to none, and her warmth, great sense of humour and generosity of spirit is something we will never forget. We feel we did not just hire a singer for our special day, but a true artist who engaged everyone with her presence and creative performance, and who has become a friend for life. We cannot recommend Vera Voce enough. She will bring joy and light and life-time memories to any special events, giving 110% until the very moment the lights go out for the night. Perhaps the greatest testament to the lasting effect that Vera Voce had on our wedding day was when the Priest himself leaned over and whispered to us during the ceremony: "Where did you find this singer? She is fantastic." We would only like to add that choosing this lovely young woman to sing at our wedding, and at the reception, was one of the best, if not the best, decision, that we made when arranging our wedding. "I contacted Sarah to sing at a very last minute event, it was something out of the ordinary but she managed it perfectly. Her voice is wonderful and she adapted her repertoire to the events needs, delivering a powerful and emotive performance. I would definitely be happy to book her again for future events."

"Although it was not the ideal environment in which to perform, they were incredibly accommodating and made the best of it. There were some real opera fans in the audience and they were in raptures about these two voices. I shall watch as Vasili and Anna progress in their careers, and I hope that they will let me know should there be other opportunities to hear them sing. Together with their excellent accompanist, they provided the highlight of the evening and I couldn't have asked for more. "

"We recently threw a party for our 25th wedding anniversary with a RAT PACK theme, Frank Sinatra etc. We knew that a live singer would make the party something special and so my wife looked for days and then weeks on the internet to find the perfect performer for the night. We decided after a great deal of discussion to ask Neil to perform at the event and I must say we absolutely made the right decision. Neil was very easy to work with from the initial enquiry, right through to the night itself. His singing and performance was second to none and he was very accommodating on the night of the event, nothing was too much trouble. He got on with our guests very well and read the mood of the evening perfectly. He worked well with the DJ and performed songs based around the theme of the night but also sang anything requested. We would go so far as to say that Neil's excellent attitude with our guests and performance overall took the night to the next level, his voice is outstanding. We would certainly recommend him to anyone and would be very happy to book him again ourselves in the future."

"Our wedding day had gone perfectly and we didn't think it could get any better but when Neil arrived and began to entertain our guests we were blown away. Not only was his voice just wonderful, he created a very personal atmosphere in the room. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed listening to him and dancing. The other thing that was so important to us was that Neil was such a lovely person, he was easy to communicate with on the run up to the wedding, putting us at ease so all we had to do was enjoy the day. Neil was professional and very personable, his voice was just wonderful, Our guests were blown away by him, everyone was clearly entertained. I would recommend Neil in an instant.
