"We booked Motown Memories to perform at our wedding reception and they were absolutely brilliant! We made our booking during the first lockdown so we weren't able to see them perform in person before booking but our decision was made easy by the live performance videos they have on the website! They absolutely nailed our first dance song 'Marry you - Bruno Mars' and were great at getting the crowd going - the dance floor was never empty! They have a brilliant repertoire that suits all age groups and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a band. Thanks Motown Memories!!"

"So sorry I didn't get to see you before you left on Saturday but understand that my husband, Martin, did. You played so beautifully for us - it really started the ceremony off in a beautifully serene way and the pieces you played throughout the afternoon were just right. "Hi Talisha! We had such an amazing day!! Thank you and the rest of the band for being so great. From start to finish it has been a real pleasure dealing with you. You have always been super quick in responding via email and really helped put our minds at ease. After hearing you play live at one of your gigs we knew you were the right band for us and you absolutely delivered on the night itself. You really listened to what we wanted and then went beyond to make it a really special evening. The first dance was so emotional and you sang it perfectly. We were really concerned that no one would dance but you read to mood of the evening really well and helped continue to create a lively atmosphere for everyone right up until the end. We really appreciate you arriving early to do the sound check and we will definitely recommend you to family and friends!"

"Sammy sang at our memorial event in honour of our mum who died during lockdown and wasn't able to have a proper send off. She was kind and sensitive and understood exactly what we wanted, creating a lovely set list that set just the right mood, and she read the room really well to give the event a celebratory rather than a somber feeling. By the end she had everyone up dancing and singing, and even stayed later so that my sister could be there for the last dance after having to take a family member home. Sammy has a beautiful voice and accomodated all of our requests so we could have all mum's favourite songs. We had so many people asking where we found her and wanting to book her for their own events! She's a lovely, warm person and she made the day really special. I know my mum would have loved her too. Thanks so much Sammy x"

"13th July 2019- Fantastic night of entertainment from ABBA Experience. We had a packed dance floor from start to finish! Great vocals, fantastic costumes and a full dance floor, and so easy to work with, they were very accommodating to the needs of our nightly program and would be welcomed back at our holiday park anytime. Come back and see us soon! "

"So I have come back down to Earth from our honeymoon. I just wanted to Thank you so much for your beautiful harp playing at our wedding. It was fantastic and we have had numerous friends and family say have lovely the music was. I heard that the allocated lads got lost and ended up in Grantham when trying to get to the castle early to move the harp.. sorry about that! I hope it wasn't too stressful and once again thank you so much... we had a dream day with a magical soundtrack!"

"Tim performed for my 30th birthday party at my local pub in a private room and he was just brilliant. Incredibly talented, can sing so many hits and guaranteed to get the crowd dancing. Really enjoyed it and highly recommend."

"Stephen arrived promptly was helpful and obliging. Played some great songs which everyone enjoyed. Whilst having our food put good background music on which he’d liaised with ourselves as to what we liked. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and we’d definitely recommend him."

"Adam has been a member of my band since 2014. Together we were sampled by Jay Z on '4.44', a Grammy nominated Platinum record. In August we recorded our 3rd Album together for 'Hannah Williams & the Affirmations' at Rockfield Stuidos in Monmouthshire. We have toured the world together and played hundreds of festival and club shows internationally. He is an excellent guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and bassist and is great fun to work with. This band will bring energy and style to any event and entertain you and your guests!"

From start to finish, they oozed class and were the perfect accompaniment as our guests arrived for drinks and nibbles. Guests of young and old commented on their wonderful repertoire and as a personal surprise, they even arranged a version of our first dance song. As performers, Thames Valley String Quartet are highly skilled, professional and passionate. They take great pride in their work and deliver on the promises they make prior to the performance.
