"We booked Soul Factor for our wedding in July and I cannot express how good they were. Every single person at our wedding categorically have said they were the best wedding band they had ever seen and almost all the thank you letters that my parent-in-laws were sent mentioned them. "Francesca wowed a jazz loving crowd at our charity fundraiser in North London. Her sultry vocals put her unique stamp on standards like ‘All of me’ and ‘My funny Valentine’ and she also introduced us to her own prodigious song-writing talent with tracks from her recently released album “Devil’s Door”.  A very special evening."

"I just wanted to thank you all so very much for playing so incredibly beautifully for us on Saturday night.  I have been inundated with messages about the extraordinary quality of your music, and the virtuosity of your musicianship - they were so surprised to find that in the middle of a Devon field! I am sorry that I got the set up with the yurt and the fire a little wrong, and thank you for being game enough to emerge from the tent and lead the dancing around the fire.  Amazing and unforgettable.   So many people have asked me what language you sang in; I had the impression that perhaps it was more than one? I would love to know, so that I can pass it on.   Once again thank you to all four of you, and to your contribution to a completely extraordinary evening.  I am so glad you had a comfortable night at Jenny's and hope your journey home was not too troublesome - I know the traffic can be a bit challenging on the M5 but it sounds like you set off early enough to miss the worst of it.  Everyone was only sorry that there was no opportunity to chat with you all, as well as have the lovely experience of listening to your music.   Many thanks again and best wishes. "Just returned home after the most amazing two weeks in Mallorca where I was honoured to hear the music from Sarah and Ben for the first time (it won’t be last either!). Their music is beautiful and we looked forward to hearing it every evening. Sarah and Ben sung and played a requested song, which meant so much to us, you guys did it justice and we can’t thank you enough. Sarah is one very talented singer and Ben is an incredible musician. You are both stars and you made the holiday one to remember. Not only were they amazing entertainment (a 10 out of 10 from me) but they were very lovely people who are now my friends. I can’t wait to hear them play again. You guys are fabulous and you both have an incredible future ahead of you."

"We held an event for our employer awards, where Madison Avenue UK played at the end of the awards ceremony. The 10-piece soul band were a great hit with everyone of all ages, both men and women. It’s unusual for a dance floor to be full all night - people really enjoyed themselves. The sound was amazing and the singers were stunning. An all-round fabulous band who I would recommend for any occasion. Versatile, accommodating, talented people, creating amazing entertainment. So great I have booked them for my wedding!"

"Dave is a superb and very professional Sax Player. He is also a really nice man. He so made my birthday party go with a swing. My friends and family haven't stopped talking about him since the party. He communicates well and finds out beforehand which songs you particularly like from his repertoire. He is very approachable and friendly and mixes well with the guests. His unique style of mingling with the audience goes down very well. I cannot wait to book him for my next party. He sounds at the party just as he does on his website. I could not have found a more professional player. Several of my friends have asked for his contact details. Thank you again Dave for making the day so special. "
