"We hired Alan to play at our wedding reception. Throughout the whole process leading up to the wedding, he was extremely responsive and engaging, as well as accommodating, as he even moved things around to be able to perform on our day. He provided us with a long list of songs in different genres that he could play to help us choose the songs we wanted. On the day, we had a lot of positive feedback from our guests regarding how well he performed. His performance went a long way to help create an amazing atmosphere during the reception as well as the wedding breakfast. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alan to anyone that wishes to engage in his services. Thank you Alan for performing on our special day! "

"Rob - you were absolutely incredible and helped make our ceremony and drinks reception even better than we'd ever imagined. Having live music made it so special and atmospheric and I think pretty much every guest came up to us and said how wonderful and talented you were! So impressive how you just turned up at a venue you've never been to and timed everything in the ceremony perfectly despite us not doing a run-through! "Well! Where do I start? Whisky & Ginger were just incredible. I cannot thank them enough. Every single song was exactly what the crowd wanted, and they even played some of our requests (sorry there were quite a few!). People are still talking about how good they were a week after our party. We would recommend anybody who is in two minds about booking to do so. Worth every penny. We’ll defo be booking again! "We were lucky enough to have Stuart perform at our wedding and we can’t recommend him highly enough. He took the time to get to know us as a couple and put together a playlist based on the music we love and the stories behind our relationship. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of songs at his fingertips, he’ll be able to perform almost anything you like. But additionally, as we found, he’ll take the time to learn something new if you’re after something specific and special. On top of all this, he’s a top level musician and one of the nicest blokes you could meet. Thanks for being a part of our day Stuart! "

"Matt is a genuinely lovely guy, who made our wedding day extra special. He not only played a wonderful rendition of our first dance song, but also managed to entertain the children with the Shark Song! He made everyone laugh and feel included, as well as playing and singing a great set with songs that people could either sing along to or get up and dance to. Even before the wedding, his communication was polite, responsive and thorough, making sure that we were happy with everything. 5 stars!"

"I booked Rich for a Burn's Supper for a Reunion holiday in Aberfeldy. From first contact to his exit his professionalism and attention to detail was exemplary. He made it a very special occasion for all, and even had some AC/DC [as requested] for the Scousers - they loved him. Rich is a terrific chap, engaging and impeccably dressed. The perfect piper - I cannot recommend him more highly."

"Tom was punctual with his timings and gave a great performance. With many original versions of well known hits that Tom had 'made his own' to the delight of the guests. Many of our disco song requests were even played live during his sets, an added bonus!! Tom possesses a great range of material and this ensured that there was something to get guests of all ages onto the dance floor at one point or another. All in all Tom gave a superb performance and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of booking his considerable talent."

"I had the utmost pleasure of seeing Chris Tavener last night at 81 Renshaw on the penultimate show of his tour. Having seen Chris play more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, this was hands (and feet) down the best time I've seen him play; he really came in to his own and gave an oustanding 'tour mode' performance. Constantly encouraging audience participation - and successfully getting the whole venue singing along to his catchy chorus hooks - and effortlessly making everyone laugh with his witty and topical lyrics, Chris was certainly in his element. I couldn't recommend Chris enough for any type of event or function as his style is suitable for absolutely anything. A seasoned performer, an amazing guy and an admirably hard worker, he deserves everything and more that comes his way. "

"From the initial enquiry right the way through to the event, both the service and level of communication was excellent. Definitely highly recommend the service offered by LastMinuteMusicians. But, more importantly, Josh was absolutely amazing, and he soon had everyone singing along, clapping and dancing from the off. And bearing in mind our event was a small family gathering of around 30 people (in our garden) to celebrate our son's wedding, with an age range of 1 - 75 years, that was no mean feat ! Our small grandchildren really enjoyed every song and Josh responded amazingly by playing the songs that kept everyone dancing. It was so lovely to see them enjoying the live music, and we have lovely photos and videos to treasure. Thank you so much, you delivered on all counts"
