"The Cheers are a faultless, perfect and genuinely brilliant band. My wife and I hired then for our wedding in June 2017 (this is a very late review, our apologies!). Communication from the beginning was great, payment organised easily and they were on time with literally no problems occurring. When they arrived they were polite and very pleasant, happy to adjust their sets and music to our reception evening as arranged beforehand. The music was just amazing. Having not seen them before, we were blown away by how great they were interacting with the guests and really making the place come alive. Most of our guests are very much live music people and it made for an awesome experience, everyone singing and dancing well into the late evening. Hugely recommend this band, hire them now! Thank you The Cheers! You were perfect and the memories will stay with us forever! :)"

"East Yorkshire Harpist was chosen to play the harp for my birthday celebration as a reminder of my wedding. She was very accommodating and played the music I requested which was background easy listening from 1930’s to present day to accommodate all my 26 guests. She was easy to talk to and if able on the evening she played a few extra requests. She made my birthday very special which I will remember always. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you x"

"We booked Sam and Janine to play our aisle music for our wedding and can’t recommend enough They were very professional and friendly throughout the whole planning stage, being helpful and communicated well to keep wedding planning as stress free as possible. Learning the song we requested was a bonus I wasn’t expecting! On the day they arrived early and played excellently on the day, which made the day feel even more special Thanks to both of you!"

"Tzigauners played at our garden party and we could not have asked for a better band. They arrived on time, set up without a fuss and were really friendly throughout. If you like Jazz and in particular Gypsy Jazz, this band is perfect. Nice guys, will be in touch for next year's party."

"I have seen Danny play numerous times, solo or with his band, and he has always had a terrific response from his audience. He has played twice at shows I have promoted and is professional, charming and engages with his audience wonderfully. His original material is immediately accessible and he puts his own unique stamp on covers without alienating fans of the original, whether it be Springsteen, Petty, Dylan (or even Geldof!). I know nothing about playing guitar but two members of the audience who have played for years sought me out to compliment the remarkably able playing of this young man. Reaction through our Facebook page to his latest appearance included *excellent* *beautiful* *brilliant* - enough said!"

"It was an absolute pleasure and delight meeting you on Saturday, you completely blew me away with expectations. I know that you had not had the best of weeks prior to Saturday, but please don’t let peoples opinions or actions define who you are as a person, or your passion. You are extremely talented and is a gift. So many people came to me and said how amazing you are! "If you are considering hiring Rory for your event 100% do it. Rory played at our wedding and completely blew us and our guests away, such a talent. Before our wedding we collaborated on what vibe we wanted to set, songs, some surprises for our guests and Rory completely understood the assignment and just continued to surprise and bring pure joy. Rory made our wedding the most magical, joyous and beautiful experience possible."

Hi Lyndsey, Sorry to hear you’ve not been feeling great, although I can understand with the wedding and everything, with all the preparation and seeing so many people from your life in one go, it can be emotionally and physically draining. Do take plenty of rest and care of yourself. You deserve it! Thank you so much for your wonderful testimonial, really, it means the world to me! As you know, I had such joy contributing to your special day and I really appreciate your kindness and the energy of everyone at The Merlin. Thanks also for your understanding, Sarah-Jane was very supporting, she said that this wedding was what I needed right now, and like you said it was meant to be! It was great spending some time in Manchester again! It was a fantastic event, a true pleasure to be a part of, and feel free to give SJ a shout if you need any help with any future events.
