"I booked Mary as a surprise for my friend’s 30th birthday and I couldn’t be happier about how it went. Mary agreed to pretend she was my friend from work and came along to the party. Then whilst I distracted my friend she set up in 10 minutes on the side of the room and when we were back in the room she was ready to play. She was super friendly, punctual and professional - not to mention a talent! Really soulful voice and excellent guitar playing. She was really accommodating as well - took requests from guests and even invited a few to sing with her (and even play her guitar). My friend was really impressed and touched, said it made the night all the more special which was what I wanted of course. Thank you so much Mary!"

"Miss Ivy Belle (Vikki) is absolutely amazing - all of our wedding guests commented on her beautiful singing voice and that her selection of songs appealed to all age groups. It was lovely to see all of our guests bopping and swaying along to her music and she even had my Grandma in shedding a few tears (she even cried when I just showed her Vikki's videos before the wedding)! Miss Ivy Belle's outfits are gorgeous and our flower girls ran up to hug her as 'she looked like a princess'! Miss Ivy Belle was the most perfect entertainment for our wedding! I would absolutely 100% recommend Miss Ivy Belle for any event and I can't wait to hear her again soon! Thank you so much Vikki!!"

"Our thanks to you and Sarah-Jane for your performances on Saturday for our birthday party. Many people spoke to me about how they had enjoyed the music. For us, the singing just made the evening very special for us. Many of those who didn't appear back into the front marquee for the second set were in fact still listening from further back, but hadn't wanted to disturb or interrupt the performance with their chatting to old friends they hadn't seen for a while. So they too were telling me how they recognised many of their favourite songs, and appreciated the performances too. "

"We booked the Volare DUO to perform at the evening part of our wedding celebration and they were absolutely amazing. Fantastic vocals and brilliant with the crowd they really brought the party. Wish we had hired them for longer! They were punctual professional and communicated with us regularly before the event to make sure everything when smoothly. "The amazingly talented Billy Driscoll performed at our wedding. He learnt a song that we had loved from a tv series in the US and boy he sang it so beautifully and made It his own and now our wonderful song to remind us of our big day. Billy also sang me down the alter to million love songs, and he sang it with such passion. We couldn’t of asked for anything more perfect. The whole of our wedding guests have commented on how much enjoyment they had with Billy singing throughout the photos and drinks reception. I will never ever pick anyone else to do such events. 5 stars all round from us. Billy thank you for making our day as special as it was. We highly recommend Billy."

"Dan played at the start of our wedding reception and I still remember the relaxed atmosphere his music created while people arrived, had drinks and chatted. It was just what I had imagined! He played a brilliant mix of jazz, blues and folk. Dan was really easy to communicate with and reliable. He was flexible and accommodating of the need to set up in different places at our venue dependent on the weather. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his beautiful music and in fact still try and go and see him live whenever he plays in our area."

"Well, where do I begin. Oh! I know. My life sucked. People have hardships. People have rocky times. I found beauty, love, truth, but rarely ease, comfort, kindness. Until I met and married (15yrs later) Bernie. Then it was my 60th birthday. I had never had a party for me as I liked, in my long lumpy life. Ever. Suddenly, I had carte Blanche. Most parties I go to are a nightmare for me. So I thought, why don't I give people a template for a good party. Gross gatherings all jammed in an inadequate restaurant, no mixing etc. and you're not even hosted, you pay for steaks, liqueur coffees and other abominations all in the name of love and loyalty. But sacrificed on the alter of pleasure. Cue Fifi La Mer! Well obviously my venue was groovy. Eventually my menu was too. All as planned. The start of my death. 60! Ok then 'a new age' . Whatever. Venue. Menu. Crowd. Fifi. Me looking not as bad as usual. Result one of the best evenings of my life. I am a 'hands on' Granny, Auntie, Mother etc. I'm so passionate about who I am, where I came from etc. not because I am so great, but because I care and because they are so great. Oh and because it matters. What I want to impart, do not be boring. Do not be petty. Do not be mean. Be fabulous. Give a shit. Oh yes, and book Fifi. "
