"What a superb talent, mixed with being a true gentleman from start to finish! I couldn’t recommend Nigel more! His repertoire was huge, and still offers the option of learning any song that we needed for our big day….to which he did this for us. Nigel learnt a song for our first dance, and made the moment extra special!!! Hearing a live pianist intimately playing the most beautiful of Melodie’s, in a moment that can never be repeated, just meant the world!! Nigel offers such a great service for a wedding pianist, and we’d happily enjoy his talent at many other celebratory events in the future, he’s fantastic!!!"

"Lizzy is a super talented amazing young lady. She played beautifully at our wedding, loving the small children and encouraging them to play on the harp. This made my day, seeing my granddaughters delighting at the harp . Lizzy is extremely professional, communicating with me before the day, arriving punctually, and playing beautifully. Thank you Lizzy you truly gave us a magical performance . Our guests all commented how beautifully you play. Our day was perfect."

"It was an absolute pleasure and delight meeting you on Saturday, you completely blew me away with expectations. I know that you had not had the best of weeks prior to Saturday, but please don’t let peoples opinions or actions define who you are as a person, or your passion. You are extremely talented and is a gift. So many people came to me and said how amazing you are! "If you are considering hiring Rory for your event 100% do it. Rory played at our wedding and completely blew us and our guests away, such a talent. Before our wedding we collaborated on what vibe we wanted to set, songs, some surprises for our guests and Rory completely understood the assignment and just continued to surprise and bring pure joy. Rory made our wedding the most magical, joyous and beautiful experience possible."

Hi Lyndsey, Sorry to hear you’ve not been feeling great, although I can understand with the wedding and everything, with all the preparation and seeing so many people from your life in one go, it can be emotionally and physically draining. Do take plenty of rest and care of yourself. You deserve it! Thank you so much for your wonderful testimonial, really, it means the world to me! As you know, I had such joy contributing to your special day and I really appreciate your kindness and the energy of everyone at The Merlin. Thanks also for your understanding, Sarah-Jane was very supporting, she said that this wedding was what I needed right now, and like you said it was meant to be! "We booked Nigel for our wedding at Plum Park Manor on 31st August after seeing him play at one of their open days. We originally booked for just the ceremony, but then added the drinks reception too. Just wow! I don’t think I have ever met anyone so talented, when he sent his repertoire over I was amazed at how many songs he knew how to play by heart 😳. The communication, booking and song choosing process was great. Nigel even filmed me walking down the aisle with him playing which I am forever grateful as this is something I will treasure forever! We asked if he could play some Oasis on the day as our guests were gutted they missed out on tickets 🤣 and this was no problem at all. Thank you so much Nigel you are a star! 🤩 100% recommend!"
