"The Leathernecks arrived in plenty of time to set up between the reception and evening party. The choice of music was spot on for our crowd - volume perfect. We all hit the dance floor for the first song and it was packed thereafter. Great connection with the guests and they looked to be enjoying the event as much as we did. Would highly recommend for any event where you want to have a great time and get lively on the dance floor. My daughter and her new husband had an amazing wedding party and all of the guests said it was the best wedding ever. Nice lads too. "

"What can I say, Great night on Saturday! You guys were absolutely brilliant. Thanks ever so much. Everyone loved the band and music selection. Kate was fantastic, especially her rendition of Skyfall, mesmerising! Hope it becomes one of your staple numbers. Oh well, back to reality today and my 50s..."

"Thanks for a super night on Friday when they played at our wedding. It was a large room and as a few guests couldn't make it at the last minute I was worried there wouldn't be many up on the dance floor, but how wrong I was. The guys really worked hard. We will certainly be recommending them to friends and family."

"From start to finish dealing with Starbound they have been professional, polite and very accommodating to the venue, timings and our requests! We were very keen to have a band play at our wedding venue and after much research we found The MonStars who helped make our day perfect! From the moment they started playing people were on the dance floor and their balance of live music and the Spotify set was perfect for us as it meant people had time to cool off and eat in between their sets! "The Band was superb in guiding us through the preparation for its gig - our wedding reception no less - not least of all in its patience with our frequent delays in getting back with requested information! We asked for a "Dublin/ Temple Bar" feel to the gig and that is what we got in spades. We have no doubt that the Band would have presented other music styles equally as well. Our 80 plus guests loved the performance, as did the 10 or so staff at the reception venue. The manager of our local folk club booked the Band - taking its details that very same night - for a club performance at date to be arranged. The Band's fee for the evening was very competitive for the performance and the help we were given in its preparation. The Band arrived in good time, set up quickly and demobilised swiftly and tidily. Please feel free to contact us via the booking agent - who was also superb - if you might wish to verify this volunteered reference. "

"Fantastic! The band played just hit after hit and everyone commented on how fun they were. They arrived early and setup without any fuss. I thought it was going to be really complicated booking a band but the communication was excellent. I will definitely be booking them again in the future and have already been recommending them to friends. Thanks!"
