"The Yorkshire Oompha Band performed at Llangollen Railways first ever Oktoberfest in September of 2017. The band were fantastic they put on a fabulous show and everyone was totally engrossed in the games and music. Thank you for making our event so special, we look forward to doing it all again next year."

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for providing us with such amazing music for our wedding on the 16th May. The music was just perfect and fitted so well with our French themed wedding. I adore French Gypsy Jazz. Everyone absolutely loved your music and so many people said that their time on the lawn with your music, the food and drinks (plenty of drink!) plus the great weather was their favourite time of the day. Thank you again for such wonderful music and for such great service. You have been a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend you in the future and would certainly contact you again should we need music for an event."

"I just want to thank Catherine from the bottom of my heart. The music on my wedding day was amazing, I was truly lost for words. The fact you had learnt the song I wanted in a matter of days and it was just like I imagined it. I have never meet anyone whom has such a amazing and wonderful voice who can do so many different songs and sound out of this world. "Gary turned up when promised and setup discretely. He worked with us to incorporate little touches into our day that made it special for us, including family involvement. He was very flexible and responsive to our guests, even adapting to the spontaneous conga line that developed and sending us a video of it afterwards which was awesome. He read the room well and stayed beyond our original end time since our guests were enjoying his music so much. We've had multiple mentions since then from guests who loved his playing. Would thoroughly recommend him."

They play Gypsy Jazz which is guaranteed to bring people onto the dance floor. With a tantalising mix of Clarinet, Violin, Double Bass and Manouche guitars they bring a new dimension to swing that will leave you breathless at the end."

"Hi Anne, Please pass on my thanks to the rest of the quartet and also the person who was responsible for the amazing arrangements you played. They were very elegantly put together and none of the pop songs sounded forced or out of place despite the drastic change of instrumentation! In fact i'd say some of them soudned better this way. We particularly enjoyed the foo fighters arrangements, and I saw a number of guests singing along and conducting their way through Nessun Dorma. Sarah and I we're running around a lot but whenever we stopped to listen we loved what we heard. We didn't hear a note out of place and the intonation between you all was of the best we've heard from a quartet. It is obvious that you all take a lot of pride in what you do, the years of experience show. I know our guests were also very complimentary about it and we will happily recommend you to anyone who asks. It was worth every penny. Thank you once again, the music was beautiful!
