"Truly the BEST band ever and the most AMAZING people, If you are reading these reviews wondering if The Players are the band for you then let me reassure you that they are...... As a Wedding Photographer I have seen my fair share of bands but The Players were an easy pick for us, they really do know how to liven up the dance floor. We let them have free reign over what music to play and they picked some corkers. All our guests were raving over them and still are 2months later..in fact our friends loved them so much they are also booking them for their wedding :) They made our first dance so special and absolutely nailed the song, so much so we liked there version more than the original, I got in touch with Paddy from The Players and asked if it was possible for them to record there version of the song so I could give it to my wife for her Birthday - a few weeks later and I have the recording - Sara is going to LOVE it!!! If you are looking for a band then I honestly can't recommend them enough, They were easy to book, answered our questions promptly, came to the venue and set up with no issues, played great music all night and got our guests on the dance floor...they smashed it. "I wasn't going to have a band for my birthday party but after seeing JP&tP play at a local event months before I changed my mind. In the lead up to the event they were fantastic and very flexible around set times, volume (it was a garden party in a residential street) and the booking was so easy and demand free. They even practiced a personal request for me. They made my party into the awesomeness it was! Everyone was dancing, the play list was fantastic, including "Blame it on me" and all my guests commented on what a fab band they were and a great night they'd had. There was even a lot of Jolly Polly jacket envy going on!! My only disappointment was they confessed to not actually being real pirates but did agree to keep that between us. Thank you Jolly Polly and the Pirates you were fantastic!!!!!"

"My company hired Spotlight Party Plus for our work Christmas Party - they were great! We have a wide range of ages and music tastes in our group which we thought would be hard to cater for, but the flexibility of having a DJ meant they were able to perform a really wide variety of music. The live instruments added so much energy to the evening, thank you again! "

"I hired the The Might Craic’s Josh to sing at my post wedding party in a pub. Although id booked them to play early, he had the whole pub dancing at three in the afternoon. He was great Craic my wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The music was great, and judged the songs to the audience perfectly to keep everyone dancing. Would defiantly recommend him and use them again for the next family event or party. "

"I feel incredibly lucky we found Goldsworth Gerry! They were nothing short of incredible. They had the entire party up dancing, and they even learnt my husbands favourite song to play at the end of the night. Huge thanks and cannot recommend them highly enough."

"We booked Radio Dukes for our wedding last weekend. The dance floor was always full, there was a wide range of songs they covered and the vocals were great! The best part by far was the Ibiza sax set with Mitch playing the bongos! High energy, great songs for the whole set, we didn’t want it to end. Loads of guests commented on how good the band were and said they haven’t danced at a wedding so much! Thanks Mitch and the band for providing great music and entertainment at our wedding 🙌🏼 5 star, would recommend ☺️"

"Just a quick note to say how AMAZING you guys were on Saturday. I feel very lucky to have found such an awesome band that totally made our wedding a party. I am also so grateful to you for learning my request of ‘You’re so cool’. It sounded amazing & added to the whole experience of having the most perfect ceremony. Also thanks for learning my very last minute request of ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered’ I heard a few laughs as we were signing the register. You guys are so talented especially to play the Fresh Prince of Bel Air with no warning. If we’re having a party in the future I’ll be sure to contact you!"

"I booked the locals for my sister in laws 30th birthday party. Paul was great with communication via email and planning for the event- always prompt in his responses and they delivered exactly what we were hoping for. The songs were brilliant, they created a great atmosphere and we had comments from guests about how good they were and how much they had enjoyed having a live band. Thanks very much guys- would definitely recommend!!"
