Review Centre: Bands with DJ's

"Last weekend we were fortunate enough to secure Lazy Marmalade as our band for our wedding. It’s always stressful finding a band for your wedding; one of the most important days of your life and it’s so hard to know where to start looking. Bottom line- Lazy Marmalade were immense. Great guys super friendly and most of all brilliant musicians. We had them throughout the whole day - ceremony, drinks and canapés and then evening DJ and live set. I couldn’t get over how many guests were commenting how great they were and our dance floor was full all night. Would 100% recommend- don’t look any further. Thanks Jon and Alex- legends- thanks Kay and Jeff."

"We hired Unwritten Duo to perform at a Private house/Garden Party for my parents wedding anniversary. She turned up on time with all her own gear, set up without fuss, and was really professional. She did 2 sets, interacted with guests and reacted to the audience, mood well and really made the party. Excellent singer and vocals with a brilliant personality. Definitely recommend her and will consider using her again. Andy Moore "

"I cannot express enough how thankful I am to the band for making my party so incredibly amazing. The band's energy is infectious and had the whole party up and dancing. I hired this band for my 30th birthday, yet even my 80 year old nan was up dancing! There really is something for everyone! When asked the next day whether the band was what I had hoped, I replied 'no, they were everything I had hoped and more". From the moment I booked to the actual day of the party Ian was in contact and made me feel at ease. For anyone questioning whether to book this band, my answer to you would be "do it!" You will not be disappointed. Thank you again to you all! I will be forever grateful for the night you helped achieve."

"The Ekoes are accomplished musicians they bring a well chosen set list seamlessly delivered, they hold the crowd,mainly because they don’t have lulls in-between songs they whip em up and keep em there. There is a natural stage presence which only adds to the experience. The Ekoes debuted with us on a Saturday night which is no easy task, they had the large crowd in the palm of their hand. The mantra at The Sun Inn is Keep Music Live. This band are young energetic and flying the flag for the future of Live Music in our area."

"Primed are a fantastic band. They get everyone up on the dancefloor. When they played at my recent birthday party we had 80 year olds and 10 year olds dancing. They have a great energy as well as a great mixed set list. They played at our wedding and at my 50th birthday, 16 years later and would I book them again……absolutely!"

"Party Sounds were simply excellent. Not only was the music fantastic, but they are really nice guys too. Helpful and supportive, the dance floor was packed from start to finish. We had a varied age group at the party and all enjoyed the performance without exception. I would highly recommend this band and if I was hosting another party they would be the first band I would contact."

"Just wanted to say a big thank you for a superb performance! Excellent and easy communication. The band were a fantastic group of blokes, knew what they were doing, very organised and pain free! Really made a party into a party. Superb musicians, awesome set lists and the perfect band for any celebratory event. Couldn't recommend them enough, everyone had a superb night, everyone commented on how good the band were and they sure know what they are doing. If your looking for a band to make a perfect night, then look no further. Thanks again and we'd book you again at the drop of a hat for any future events........ Brilliant, thank you. "What can I say? The Tribe ROCKED our wedding on Sat! They were absolutely brilliant and made the party so much fun. I hope they enjoyed it too. We had a magical day and it was such a fun wedding. So a huge thank you to you and the guys for everything. Two great friends of mine, Catherine and Dom, get married in April next year and are desperate to have the same band as they thought they were so fab. "The Arrival played the evening reception of our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic with so many guests commenting about how good they were. The guys were great from the day we booked them, provided plenty information and fielded any queries quickly and professionally. They even learned our first dance song and did an excelled cover of it. If you're looking for a band for an event, then look no further."

"Hot Hats performed an exceptional set at our 50th anniversary celebration at Park Furnishers in Bristol. We enquired whether the set list could be tailored to our 60’s theme and the band were very accommodating, plus provided a selection of co-ordinated background music in between each set. The band were very well received and we would not hesitate to book them for future events! Richard Mears"
