"The band were absolutely 10/10. We hired ‘The Marvellous Motown Souls’ (10 piece) for our wedding. My goodness, this band are awesome! They were first class from start to finish. The communication from James when planning was outstanding. They learnt multiple additional songs at a request without additional charge. They even accommodated my terrible singing on stage for one song. Our venue commented on how polite and helpful the band were when they were setting up their equipment and instruments. The full and polished sound they produce is quite simply First Class. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish. So many of our guests have commented on how fantastic the band were. Guys you really made our wedding reception super special and we are so very grateful to you. If you are searching for a wedding band then you really can’t do any better than The Marvellous Motown Souls."

"“Last Minute Bookings” Truly lives up to their name!!! I am from the states and my daughter was getting married at the Lord of the Manor in the Cotswolds. I wanted to have a bagpiper as a surprise for my daughter. After them helping me book a piper and everything arranged and ready to go for the big day, the piper had unfortunately fallen ill and was not going to be able to play at the wedding. The bad news was short lived thanks to Sara-Jane and Last minute Booking…very shortly she had another piper lined up and we were all set!!! The piper Patrick Larkin came to Lords of the Manor and played brilliantly…he marched the wedding party over from the hotel to the church and what a surprise it was for my Daughter Claire!!! It was perfect and it was all made possible by Last Minute Booking and Patrick!! We are forever grateful for helping make our daughter’s wedding something we will never forget!!! Thank you, Jeff. "

"Many thanks for playing at our party and especially for arriving so early to set up before they closed the roads for the carnival, (I hadn't planned for that!) Your friendly, engaging and professional manner made the arrangements easy. We all loved the music, and the great playlist, and you pitched just right, a small venue but people could still have a chat. "There are just not the words for the joy you brought to us at Mummy’s funeral yesterday. Your voice provided so much comfort and grace to the proceedings and I appreciated your presence as Mummy would have loved to hear you sing. It has been a great pleasure to get to know you in the brief time we have had to talk and I really hope that our paths cross again as you could not have done more to my mother a fitting send off. "Elise sang at a work event I put together. Her singing was beautiful and the process was seamless. I was struggling to think of appropriate songs and, during the consultation, she talked me through a variety of styles and genres to narrow down a song that was perfect for my event. Her knowledge on song choices was impressive and I felt confident that we had chosen well. Her professional yet friendly approach meant that I felt completely at ease and I was reassuring to know that once the decisions had been made, I could leave all the detail to her. She sang so beautifully on the day and I received so many comments about what a brilliant singer she was. I have already recommended her to a friend who also received the same wonderful feedback. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her again - there’s nothing she cannot sing!"

"Brian played with his trio at our wedding. They played our first dance live which was amazing. Brian also played a solo acoustic set at the reception and it was just what we needed. Such a great day!!"

"Hi Rory, I can't thank you enough for your performance on Saturday night. We absolutely loved it and lots of friends have been asking me who you were because they loved it too! You created just the right atmosphere at the start, it really got the party going and then the RnB towards the end was just fabulous - I love live music and you made the party for me! It was everything I had hoped for and more. You really tailored the music to what we had requested. You and Lilli were totally professional liaising with me beforehand, arriving when you said you would and trying to accommodate all our wishes. I just wish you could have stayed for longer! "I have seen The Jersey Band in the West End twice and loved it. I am also a massive Four Seasons fan. I have just seen the Four Seasons show and was amazed how good it was. The whole show was brilliant and the harmonies were amazing. Will certainly see then again."

"Meredith was absolutely brilliant, from initial contact to her performance on the day. She was very prompt in responding to any queries I had and went out of her way to travel to my venue and meet with myself and venue staff to organise plans for the day. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the lovely music performed by Meredith on the harp, we received many compliments on the day! I have no hesitation in recommending Meredith to others, she provided a very professional and elegant service. "

"Your set list hit exactly the right tone, bringing pretty much everyone at the wedding on to the dance floor at some point from the teens to the more senior guests of the day (including my godfather who was the vicar at the wedding and is in his mid seventies!). The music was of a very high standard and it was clear that you are all highly capable musicians who combine excellently to form a very tight unit. The length of set was exactly right, in short we genuinely can not find anything other than entirely positive feedback to give to you from the day. Fantastic does not quite cover it. The dance floor was full from the first song to the last … even the sound check had people on their feet! Thank you guys for providing such high quality entertainment and playing a big part in an evening we will remember forever. Thanks again to everyone in the band."
