" Superb DJ. Highly recommend! Tom is a lovely guy who puts a huge amount of thought and passion into providing you with a truly personalised service with no glitches. He is a true professional. He came and met us in advance, checked out the venue and did thorough advance planning. On the night he read the room to perfection. Despite it being the hottest Saturday of the year and a very small wedding, the dance floor was never empty! He is competitively priced and worth every penny. If you book Tom for your special day, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Thank you Tom for a fantastic party and also the photos and videos you sent us of the evening. So funny to see everyone doing their best dad dancing etc! #happymemories! "

"We hired Open Freeway for our Wedding Party and from the first phone call with Jake we knew we were in safe hands. The guys were very professional throughout while still carrying the vibe we were expecting based on their profile. Communication all the way through was excellent, working around our schedule, and going into detail on our music tastes and what we would like from the night. In the evening the band were prompt, setting up efficiently and letting myself and my wife be stress-free!. Performance was brilliant, high energy and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests! Thanks again for making our night so great."

"We were delighted with the ceilidh band; they were lovely, professional and sounded brilliant! I was really impressed how they matched the energy of the guests really well, making sure to give little breaks or easier dances when energy was flagging and also played some lovely high energy numbers to get the dancing started! The venue was also really complimentary at how quick and professional they were at setting up and putting away at the end with no bother. Lastly, they pitched the level perfectly with some more difficult pieces and some easier ones that really suited our mostly beginner crowd. Their calling was fun and upbeat and they were polite and professional to a fault. "We booked Tony last minute as a surprise for our friends at a big weekend away. He was unbelievably accommodating, even climbing over fences while playing and helping demonstrate some ceilidh steps when we couldn’t remember them. He didn’t bat an eyelid at our fancy dress or specific tune requests either. If I ever have need of a piper again (!) Tony will be top of the list. "

"It was important for us to have good music at our wedding reception so The Pedal Tones were the obvious choice! The guys were absolutely amazing and everyone has commented on how much they enjoyed the live band. Tom made the whole process really simple and straight forward for us which we really appreciated. "Caroline is a very talented violin player, she plays with great musicality and sensitivity - a pleasure to listen to. I really enjoyed her performance recently. She is not only a soloist with a varied repertoire but her violin playing also blends beautifully when playing with ensembles. Concert 6th October 2017"
