"I asked Oliver to perform the first dance song and 2 others. This was a surprise for my wife to be. Oliver was fantastic in the build up to my wedding and kept in contact. He arrangements with the DJ so that he could arrive unnoticed. When it came to the time of the first dance the DJ played a little trick pretending he did not have the first dance song but found an alternative. Oliver took to the stage armed with his guitar and started to play Have I Told You Lately. My wife was amazed and thrilled to bits. He has clearly put a lot if time in practising and completely nailed it. The other 2 songs were also fantastic. What a guy. Such a lovely chap and so talented. It made our night extra special. "Can I just say what wonderful performance the guys did last night.Absolutely made the occasion from start to finish.The range was so varied,flawless,and atmospheric. "We booked Wigornia String Quartet after seeing them at the Wedding Show at Birmingham NEC in 2023 and we knew straight away we had to have them play at our wedding, which we recently celebrated in May this year. We really can’t thank them all enough for the most beautiful ceremony music we could have ever wished for! From walking down the aisle to our drinks reception, they delivered perfection. They brought such class and elegance to our wedding celebration and we had so many lovely compliments about their gorgeous performances from our guests, they really were stunning. Not to mention they looked fantastic and were presented so professionally. We highly recommend Wigornia String Quartet to anyone looking to book a string quartet for their events, they are wonderful. "I had booked Emeralds for a couple of hours for my husbands 40th birthday. Before the event Wilf was in touch with me and we went over last minute details. Wilf came and played the steel pan beautifully as the guests arrived. It set a relaxing entrance for people to come and mingle before the dj began his music. A great start to the party and my guests loved to music too. Thank you last minute music and and obviously Wilf from The Emeralds too."

"I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say how fantastic the band were at our wedding at Christmas. They 'read the room' perfectly, and delivered an excellent performance that created a great atmosphere and got the room dancing! Their unique style of delivering well known songs with a gypsy / folk twist was really well received as they didn't try to replicate the song exactly- making them less of a cover band which was just what we wanted. They were also super easy to work with and really relaxed on the day. The fact they also learnt a new song for our first dance was really special! I would not hesitate to recommend them! "
