"‘Kitty Galactic’ played for us at our fundraising party for CLIC Sargent. They were amazing. From the first enquiry and during the build up, nothing was too much trouble, they came back really quickly when we contacted them and even gave ideas to help us run the night. They were totally supportive of our charity event. On the night they were punctual, efficient in setting up and happy to change their playing sets to go with the changing flow and timing of events. Everyone who came to the party loved the band. There performances were brilliant. They had people joining in and dancing all the way through! Many of the guests asked when they would be playing next. Thanks guys, you helped make our party a success! We managed to raise a huge amount of money! "

"Amie - your beautiful playing at Tom and Allison's wedding added real fairytale magic to their day. Throughout our planning you were always responsive and helpful, giving me great confidence in knowing the music was going to be excellent. You were a delight to deal with before the big day and on the wedding day everyone was absolutely blown away by your talent and musicianship - and that comes from a family with quite a few top class musicians in it! We feel you not only provided my son with a most fantastic musical accompaniment to his wedding but also we have discovered a new friend for life in you. Thank you again so much."

"Colin played as we left the church for my late fathers funeral, and walked (and played) in front of the funeral car as he was led into the crematorium. A very sad day for us all but a beautiful memory and such a personal tribute to him for which we can't thank Colin enough. Sad but amazing, and commented on by all who attended. Thank you Colin for making such an emotional and devastating day for us into something that holds a beautiful memory for us all. You helped us make a good send off into a 'great' send off. "I recently celebrated my 50th birthday weekend with a group of family and friends and I wanted live music for the first night, as a way of gathering everyone together. I had heard good reviews of Phil Short Acoustic, and through personal recommendation from a trusted friend, so I went ahead and booked him. I absolutely could not have made a better choice! Phil was more than accommodating with the song choices I had, and had some fantastic suggestions of his own. He was so friendly and professional throughout my booking. On the evening of the event he had set everything up for the performance without any intrusion on either myself or guests. His performance was amazing! He played a fantastic selection, with some brilliant surprises, and encouraged people to sing along and even took requests. He absolutely brought everyone together and started the weekend celebrations on fantastic high. I cannot recommend Phil highly enough – book him, you will not be disappointed!"

"Ian was easy to deal with in the arrangements. His performance for the first 45 minutes was gentle and quite laid-back. After his break he changed the pace of the music and everyone was up dancing. It was a great end to our day's celebrations. Thank you Ian!"

"Stereo Jazz Collective provided exactly the blend of music we were hoping for to entertain a fun loving mixed age group at our 50th wedding anniversary. It offered rich entertainment while allowing guest to converse and mingle - and later on the opportunity for hitting the dance floor, even at our advanced age! We would happily hire them again and recommend them to our friends."

"Much appreciation for this evening. Everything we hoped and wished for. Put us at ease from the initial meeting, met us to run through the evening beforehand. As for the night we all had a fantastic time, I completely agree with previous reviews as to his exceptional musicianship and delivery. It all went by too quick. "Ollie was fantastic - honestly, people haven't stopped telling us how good his voice is and how great his playing was. (and a few of the ladies might have mentioned he's not bad in the looks department too!) He was super flexible, very easy to work with, promptly arrived and with absolutely minimal input required from us and he was happy to crack on with anything to help the night become a success. You won't regret booking someone of his talent, we promise :) "
