"I hired the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band for a party I was having (for its own sake!). I made initial contact with Kip online since I live in China and was arranging the party for when I would be at home in the summer. Kip was easy to deal with and the booking was arranged with just a few short emails. On the night, Kip and the rest of the band turned up with the same sense of ease and informality. They provided us with a fantastic night of entertainment with Kip giving clear instructions for the dances as caller. I would thoroughly recommend the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band for their quality musicianship, their excellent rates and for their warm and friendly service."

"Absolutely amazing! They nailed the brief. I asked dizzy brasscals to come out after we say I DO, no one had a clue and it was such a great surprise! They were super friendly and played loads of modern songs that everyone knew. I received compliments all night about how good they were. Thank you!"

"I just wanted to thank you all so very much for playing so incredibly beautifully for us on Saturday night.  I have been inundated with messages about the extraordinary quality of your music, and the virtuosity of your musicianship - they were so surprised to find that in the middle of a Devon field! I am sorry that I got the set up with the yurt and the fire a little wrong, and thank you for being game enough to emerge from the tent and lead the dancing around the fire.  Amazing and unforgettable.   So many people have asked me what language you sang in; I had the impression that perhaps it was more than one? I would love to know, so that I can pass it on.   Once again thank you to all four of you, and to your contribution to a completely extraordinary evening.  I am so glad you had a comfortable night at Jenny's and hope your journey home was not too troublesome - I know the traffic can be a bit challenging on the M5 but it sounds like you set off early enough to miss the worst of it.  Everyone was only sorry that there was no opportunity to chat with you all, as well as have the lovely experience of listening to your music.   Many thanks again and best wishes. "Rafael Lopez literally lit up my wife's 40th birthday. I shared my choiced songs with him and he came through. He is very warm, polite, professional and knows his job so well. "Hire this band for your party! They were phenomenal at our wedding last Saturday and had everyone dancing all night! They learned our first dance song especially for us and absolutely nailed it. All our guests were very impressed and they're such a talented bunch. Our wedding just wouldn't have been the same without them!"

"I would recommend Jess most highly!! I was asked to find a vintage band for a wake, due to such short notice to find people I decided to search for a singer instead and came across Jess. Jess replied back straight away and was very professional. I felt at ease and trusted her for this delicate occasion. Jess arrived in plenty of time to get herself set up and begin on time. The repertoire was absolutely wonderful and people were commenting to how amazing her voice was. Jess sung her heart out and the passion for what she does oozed out. If you are thinking of booking Jess you will not be disappointed!"
