"We have just had Gypsy Jazz/Swing Band play at our Sunday Social dance at the Hen and Chicken and they did a superb job! Good quality musicians providing an excellent range of swinging, high energy tunes. We had people who came just to listen but mainly it was a room full of dancers and they kept the floor full and buzzing. Their set was interesting, playful and spot on for what we wanted. We would definitely have them back! A note to organisers: Very easy comms. They turned up with plenty of time and were clean and efficient in set up and take down. What’s not to like?!"

"Thank you so much for performing for us at the Company's Platinum Celebration Dinner and Dance at the Institute of Engineers London HQ, One Great George Street and for agreeing to travel so far to do so. This year we were asked by our CEO to make it a particularly special event as Croudace is celebrating its 70th anniversary; we have been building houses since the company was set up in 1946 at the end of WWII. All 260 guests had a fabulous evening, enjoying a Champagne flight on the London Eye, the wonderful dinner and dancing into the early hours, but you were the brightest highlight by far and made the evening a most memorable occasion for us all. So many people have commented this week how much they had enjoyed themselves and your performance in particular generated a great many complimentary remarks. One table particularly enjoyed singing along with Que Sera Sera and we were all knocked out by the beauty, power and range of your voice, especially in Nessun Dorma, which had us all cheering and wanting to hear more. You were the perfect cherry on top of a wonderful cake. You are an extremely talented and accomplished singer, Gemma and I'm sure you have great future ahead of you. I wish you all the luck in the world in reaching your goal and hope that you find happiness along every step of the way. You deserve to be successful and you have all the necessary ingredients to be successful; a passionate love of music, a desire to please, a charismatic personality, you are a beautiful and elegant young lady and you have the most superb voice, a voice that deserves to be heard. Thank you for being so flexible and easy to work with, you are an organiser's dream and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. "Motown Memories were absolutely incredible. They played a beautiful acoustic set in the gardens for our drinks reception, then two awesome sets for our evening do. They learnt our requested song for our first dance and played it exactly they way we wanted it, and they had everyone up and dancing all evening! They were also absolutely delightful the whole time, and even let me have a sing myself. We couldn’t have asked for a better band!"

"Although we found Meg by chance through this site, we feel so lucky to have had her sing at our wedding. Her soulful jazz singing and guitar was nothing short of magical. She also talked to us to make it completely personal. We'd recommend without hesitation!"
