"We first heard Nigel playing his music at the Mk wedding fair and were instantly drawn to his music . Due to covid our wedding was postponed, but Nigel learnt and played a special favourite of ours on the original day! This music had special meaning to us and we appreciated the time Nigel took to learn this tune which was out side his original repertoire . On the day of our wedding at Eversholt Hall Nigel’s performance was absolutely fantastic, from reception, to walking down the aisle and the wedding breakfast, it was all perfect. The whole process was thoroughly professional and we would recommend Nigel Hammond to anyone planning their wedding, 10 out of 10 ! "

"Mark was nothing short of exceptional!! He played on our wedding day during our religious ceremony as I walked down the aisle and during the entire wedding breakfast reception and for our first dance. Mark has a large, impressive and varied repertoire. He is very talented musically,dedicated, polite, reliable, hard working, calm, responsive and kind. He played beautifully and many of our guests commented on this. We could see our guests dancing to the music and smiling. Mark was able to improvise fast when we had a last minute change to the order of the day. He took the initiative and played the venue’s piano when our first dance setting changed alleviating a potentially stressful situation. Mark kept us entertained throughout the entire day. Mark really did go the extra mile, kindly learning various piano pieces and sending us clips. Mark made the effort to learn many of these songs from scratch which were not mainstream (including a mix of western, french and Pakistani music representing our cultures) and even sent us clips so that we could practice our first dance. "Mark J stepped in yesterday on the day of our wedding when storm darragh caused the musician for our ceremony to cancel. After a short discussion he picked up on what we wanted for the ceremony and drink reception. The guests remarked to me how good he was and he captured the atmosphere we wanted perfectly. We are so grateful to Jodie for coming in the storm to play for us, it really was beautiful music."
