"Stephen played throughout our dinner with a great selection of French classics and kept all the guests entertained whilst ad libing to several videos of can can dancers which had the room in stitches. The whole evening was a total success due to his professional repotoire and costume that spirited you back to gay Paris. Many thanks."

"We had asked wonderful Nigel to play prior to our ceremony when guests arrived, throughout the ceremony and then for our drinks reception at the White Horse Tea Green in August 2021. After postponing our wedding from 2020, we decided after seeing Nigel's work to have his wonderful talent for our special day- and we are SO glad we did! From the moment I heard Nigel playing our song to walk down the aisle, I immediately felt emotional- he captured the mood of our entire day perfectly with the variety of songs he played! Nothing was too much trouble before our wedding day and Nigel did everything to make our day run smoothly (even learning additional songs and playing particular favourites for us!) All of our guests commented on how spectacular Nigel was, and it certainly was one of the highlights of our day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel to anyone- you won't regret it! Thanks so much again Nigel."

"I would highly recommend both your booking service and Elliot Rooney. Booking was easy and professionally managed. Elliot delighted our guests, I had asked for him to gauge the audience and he find just that, all our guests commented how much they had enjoyed his mystic during the event and how lovely a tone Elliot had when he sang. "Grant was such a fantastic addition to our small family party for my husband's 50th yesterday. He absolutely made everyone's day, playing requests and even kindly encouraging my daughter to sing, which delighted the whole family . Grant fitted in brilliantly and everyone really enjoyed chatting to him. I hope we have an occasion when we can use him again and would thoroughly recommend him. It's amazing how a pianist can add so much, even to a small party in the kitchen, the whole family were delighted and it made the occasion so much more memorable."

"Thanks, Alan, for your splendid performance at our sailing club's Christmas lunch. What a range of music! We had traditional carols and Christmas tunes, some classical pieces as well as some bluesy numbers - all delivered with flawless precision. I loved the impro inserts when you segued from one piece to the next. The attitude of performers is so important on occasions like ours, and you got it just right - friendly and accommodating, just as happy to be in the background as you were to be up front. Her blend of popular classics, easy-listening and gentle jazz suited the occasion perfectly. She was open to requests from those present and infinitely flexible to fit our party schedule. "We are so grateful to Nigel for the absolutely perfect soundtrack to our wedding breakfast, no words can fully capture how much his music added to our day. From the moment he began playing, Nigel created an atmosphere that was warm, elegant and full of joy. The music flowed beautifully throughout the meal and it genuinely enhanced every moment without ever overpowering conversation or the atmosphere. So many of our guests commented on how lovely and memorable the music was, and how perfectly it complemented the couple of hours we spent together with the people we love most in the world. Nigel’s playing was heartfelt, expressive and wonderfully tasteful which was exactly the right balance of soul, emotion and celebration. His ability to read the room, adapt to the moment and provide such a thoughtful, uplifting soundtrack was incredible. Whether it was the gentle background pieces during introductions and first courses, or the slightly livelier melodies later on, every note felt intentional and special. Not only was his performance beautiful, but Nigel himself was a joy to have, he was warm, friendly and professional from start to finish. He was attentive in the lead-up, easy to communicate with, and such a calm and welcoming presence on the day. "Everyone (including ourselves of course) had so many great things to say about Chris. I appreciate how Chris learned new songs for us and it was never a bother. We absolutely loved hearing Chris play music from games and movies that mean so much to us. Even from the beach when we were taking photos, we could hear Chris and were so excited listening to it! My family hasn’t stopped singing Chris’ praises. It was such a wonderful day and he did an amazing job. Highly recommend, such a lovely person."
