Review Centre: Party Bands

"These guys were simply brilliant. Pre-show: During the months prior, James was always prompt in responding to any questions or queries we had. He and was polite, inforative and knowledgable - the band's FAQs also answered a lot of questions we had ahead of time. Our choices: James and the band had no troubles accommodating our song choices which were well-rehearsed, slick and clearly had time and effort put in to them for us - this really did make us feel like the songs that were so special to us were equally valued by the band. The Get-In: The guys turned up and made themselves known, they ran a really slick get-in and setup which was not intrusive or disturbing to anything else happening around. We had a slight power issue ourselves but the guys made it their business to lend a hand and help out in any way they could (Safely and legally within their means, I should add - taking into account electrical safety / H&S etc.) The show: Simply brilliant. We chose the guys off of the back of their well-produced and slick website and marketing videos and boy did they deliver! There was no deviation in the quality between the marketing videos and the live performance which is always a huge plus. We continue to receive comments on the quality, care and attention the band put into their performances (Both the acoustic set and full band sets) - it may have just been another gig for the guys, but you wouldn't have known it. They were on point, on the ball and sounded bloody brilliant all day and all night. Overall: They were brilliant. We had a few scheduling issues that we had to adapt to on the night, but the guys were always friendly, smiling and accommodating. They could've easily turned round and stuck to the pre-agreed schedule but they wanted to make the evening the best they could and put their heart into what they were doing. Their professinalism and experience really shined through - working with us, making suggestions and rejigging their set lists on the fly to fit the time we had remaining, compress three sets to two, drop the 'DJ' set at the end (We had an 11pm curfew) and chose to play right up until the last song. I stress, they really didn't have to do this, but they really wanted to deliver the best show they could - their personal touch was really appreciated and truly took the band from being more than just brilliant as performers. They demonstrated themselves to be exceptional experienced professionals who really put their heart into every single event. I would gladly recommend them and you will not be disappointed."

"I meant to e-mail last week and say you and your band are bloody awesome! That was a total American thing to say, but honestly I am not just saying that you guys are great! My husband loved it too – he loves Pink Floyd so when you were singing The Wall through the ceilidh music it was brilliant. I totally love ceilidhs they’re great fun, and the current music at the end was really good too! I took a few of your cards so will defo be recommending you!! "

"Have worked with these lads many times over this last year on events from beer festivals to Weddings. They have great energy whilst playing both popular cover songs and there own music and never fail to get the crowd up and dancing on the tables."

"This is the second year we have had Revolve play for our Christmas Parties at The Civic, Trowbridge and again, they helped to make the events a complete success. A great professional band with awesome sound and fantastic crowd participation. This year we also had them for our New Year's Eve Ball. Feedback was incredible. We cannot recommend them enough and we will definitely be booking them again for future events."

"Wanted the 1st thing I did today, was send you this... The three girls that came to our party last night where absolutely fantastic.... brilliant. I cannot fault there attitude, professionalism and vocal capabilities. The songs they sang where spot on and the performance was far better than we could have ever expected. They made a good party brilliant. I cannot praise these girls enough - if you ever need a reference for them, send them to me. We will use them again - when we can afford another party for 120 people."

"AN AMAZING BAND!! From the booking process (and changing the booking on two occasions due to covid) through to the evening of our wedding I cannot put into words how amazing they have been. When organising a wedding the last thing you want is stress and the band put me at ease so much by having everything sorted, responding quickly and being so patient with our adhoc requests. So many our guests have said how amazing the band were on the evening of our wedding and this means so much to us creating lifelong memories. They managed to get all our guests dancing and we are so excited to see our wedding video. The band even went out of their way to learn songs that meant something special to us. I really do recommend this band as they will 100% live up to all expectations. Thanks again to Luke and the Embassy Band :)!! "

"The best wedding band!!! Radio Dukes performed at our wedding last Saturday and we cannot recommend enough. They sounded amazing and even learnt our slightly unique first dance song! Each band member was friendly and fun, they set up in a timely manner and were easily contactable in the build up. They then turned into a DJ whereby they were happy to take requests from all our wedding guests all night long! I cannot recommend enough and wish I had a reason or event to book them again!! 🥂🥂"

"We are so happy that we chose Platinum as our wedding band. We booked them for the evening, but the musician due to play the ceremony dropped out. Fortunately Platinum's duet saved the day, so played at both of our venues. Josh was quick to respond to emails, organised and happy to think through logistics and music choices. On the day the band were unbelievable. Many guests came up to us to tell us how good they were. Claire's voice is incredible. They were on point with song choices. It felt very inclusive to all generations and music tastes. We have many special memories from our wedding day dancing and listening to them. Thanks so much for making our day even more special."

"The band were excellent lots of my friends commented how much they enjoyed them. They were very flexible and played two additional sets that helped create an atmosphere that my friends did not want to leave. The band had everyone dancing from the first song to the last one four hours later."
