"Francesca was wonderful, she sang all of our favourite songs beautifully and made our event extra special. She also suggested that she make announcements where needed (that we hadn't thought of) and made my mum feel super special. She was very professional and engaging. I would definitely recommend Francesca for any event!"

"We booked Soul Messengers for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with our choice! The combination of Fillipo’s skill on his guitar and Azu’s soulful vocals created the perfect atmosphere. Performing both, a ‘chilled set’ for our welcome drinks and a ‘more upbeat set’ to get the party started, they helped make the best memories on our special day. Soul Messengers were very easy to communicate with and self-sufficient. Thank you both so much!! We 100% recommend! Sol & Ellie. "

"Well what can we say! Lucy was absolutely fantastic arrived on time with her equipment set up ready for the evening. Lucy sang lots of different songs from old to new keeping the ears of our guests entertained ready for more. Lucy was absolutely amazing such a talented lady would love to have Lucy at another event. The only down side was that the evening seemed to go to fast but as the saying goes time flys when your having fun. Would so love to see Lucy again in the future absolutely fantastic performance what an amazing Lady. "

"Jo has an amazing voice and is a natural fantastic entertainer. Having seen Jo perform at my 25th Anniversary Party, my mother's care home and various public events, it never ceases to amaze me how Jo works her "magic" to engage and win over her audience every single time. Jo has bundles of energy and enthusiasm but somehow manages to make it all look so effortless. She is a true professional and a lovely lady. "Mitch was an excellent DJ! He stepped in when our original DJ cancelled, and with very short notice still managed to get the vibe we wanted. His energy was always 10/10, and he read the mood of the crowd brilliantly. We’d highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful evening Mitch."

"Well… what I can say other than a HUGE, great big THANK YOU Christian. It has been a week since my Charity Dinner and Dance and people are still talking about it. Your name is painted in Gold to my guests as everyone was so surprised and impressed by your act. The professionalism and fun you created throughout the night was incredible. Absolutely the best money spent on the night, which has lead to memories and pictures that will last a lifetime. The fact I didn’t actually meet you until the night either, and all communication was via email and phone, I felt so comfortable, supported and as if I've known you for a lifetime - so honestly, Thank You SO SO Much! "We recently had the pleasure of hosting Jo's band at our work event in Elephant and Castle, and they were absolutely fantastic! Their set was spot-on, filled with perfect tunes that everyone knew and loved, creating a great atmosphere that kept the energy high throughout the night. They even took requests, which made the experience feel even more personalised and special for our team. Not only were they organised and professional, but they were also genuinely lovely people to work with. Jo and the band brought such warmth and charm to our event – we couldn't have asked for a better performance! Highly recommended for any occasion! "

"Mark and the band were amazing, turned up on time and did exactly what they said they would do. The vocals and music was spot on and interacted superbly with the guests ......... "We booked Chunk of Funk to help us celebrate a significant family occasion. To say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The party was originally booked for 2020 but due to Covid it had to be postponed. Steve was happy to hold the booking for as long as we needed and throughout communication was first rate. On the day, they fitted in with everything else that was happening seamlessly. They provided two sets of one hour each and there wasn't a song that wasn't met with whoops and cheers from our guests. They were also more than happy to accommodate song requests. The band were brilliant and the singers exceptional. I would absolutely recommend that anyone booking Chunk of Funk go all out and book the whole band, with brass section, as it makes a huge difference. Chunk of Funk are definitely up there as one of the best party bands. "

"An absolutely fantastic party band. Friendly, accomodating and keeps the guests dancing all night. Discovered them a couple of years ago and used them ever since for our biannual beer festivals."
