"When tasked with the job to book a band for our Summer Ball on Weston-super-Mare pier, I knew Shakers Gold would be perfect and booked them without hesitation. They played at our Wedding last year & went down a storm. If you're looking for a great band who are professional & sound amazing then look no further! I'm sure we will see them again in the near future..... Thank you again to Chris & the band"

"I can't thank and praise Lizy and the band enough for their performance at our wedding 2 weeks ago. They provided an acoustic set for the arrival of our day guests, full 6 piece band sets throughout the evening which included all the classics and DJ set to the close. She also did a cracking job of customising our first dance song 'Simply The Best'. Lizy sent me a recording of it beforehand too which helped me get my hubby practising before the big event! Because we had a marquee we had to arrange most of the suppliers ourselves and were worried how we would keep events moving throughout the evening..e.g announcing first dance/cake cutting/dinner served etc etc.. sure enough Lizy took care of this too with sheer professionalism. We had several reassuring calls/texts before hand too which helped ease co-ordination between other suppliers. One wish for our wedding was that was that our dance floor would be full all evening and sure enough thanks to Lizy and the band it was! Could not recommend enough. Thanks again!"

We particularly enjoyed your rendition of the ‘Jungle Book’!! They are a really friendly bunch of Guys who all interacted with everyone. So many people have commented on your performance. "The best band ever! We really have had the best experience from start to finish with them! Checked in every step of the way leading up to our wedding. The most amazing duo for our wedding breakfast and best evening entertainment for the wedding reception! They made everything so easy and seamless! Couldn't have asked for anyone else to make our day as special as they did! Dancing with us on the dancefloor whilst singing just made it! Like we had them as guests as well as a band at our wedding. Couldn't recommend them enough!"

"We just wanted to say thank you soooooo much for the fabulous live set you did on our Wedding day! Everyone said to us how amazing you guys were, as you all sounded exceptionally good (what a voice you have Laura!) and you had so many of our guests up and dancing. Such a great atmosphere... I know I barely left the dancefloor that evening. We are so glad we found you guys online and booked you. There was no doubt in our mind that you'd be anything other than brilliant for our big day. Live music means a lot to us in particular as myself and Steve (my new husband, ooooh!) go to a lot of gigs etc. so having a great band was really important to us. Thanks again for being amazing!!! Will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a Grade A band for their event/wedding! "

"I can only reiterate what other reviews have said. John and Adam were fantastic. From initial contact, discussing our requirements, helpful advice and general correspondence; to arriving punctually on the night, and being so friendly and helpful with my ‘techno-phobe’ self when it came to setting up a laptop and projector for a wedding film presentation; to actually performing – offering such an eclectic mix of music, ensuring the dance floor was full, and interacting with the wedding guests. I was so impressed with their professionalism, yet lovely friendly personas. As a band their performance was faultless, and certainly added that something extra to an already special occasion. Well done lads… can’t rate you highly enough! "

"Every bride and groom should look into booking the Ekoes! whether you want some gorgeous acoustic tunes or the party mood setting, Kristian and the band are so talented and professional. Communication is friendly, reliable and trustworthy which you really want when booking your all important suppliers. We adored the acoustic set Kris performed for our special day and his equipment was top quality too- no cringey mic feedback! give these guys a message they are brilliant!!!"
