"Hi Matt, Thank you again, you guys were awesome and we have had so many people asking about you as they want you for Christmas doos and everything! We will definitely come and see you at the Barrel at some point. The day was perfect and exactly what we wanted and the rain just bought everyone closer which was great. "An absolutely amazing band! We had them for our work Christmas Party and they are so talented. They read the room perfectly and played a great selection of music, catering to every age group at the event. Full of talent and energy, they had everyone on their feet for the entire night. Claire was a dream to deal with before the event and ensured us that everything would run smoothly on the day, which it absolutely did. Songs were clearly added to the playlist based on conversations with Claire, which went down a treat on the night. Platinum Band are an incredible group and will be hoping to use them for any event going forward. Would highly, highly recommend for every kind of function!"

"Booking through last minute musicians was professional and easy! The Lost (band we booked) Adam was really good throughout the booking, responding to emails quickly, providing an extensive set list to pick songs we definitely wanted, ones we didn’t mind either way and ones we didn’t want. He also sent a test clip singing our first dance song to see if we wanted the track or the band - we definitely wanted the band! The band were so good and kept a full dance floor all night, throughout their sets and DJ’ing. They had a friendly and professional attitude. Thanks so much! Ellie & Tom"

"Just wanted to drop you a line from Bali and say what an amazing night we had at our wedding last weekend. You guys were brilliant, flexible, accommodating and most importantly good fun. Comments we have received following the night have included, it was the party to end all parties, and its the wedding and party that people will be talking about for years. Things couldn't have gone better in the night for us and when we were able to stand back and look on the chaos that was taking place on the dance floor we were ecstatic. So thanks once again. You had the majority of our guests on the dance floor and most importantly, you kept them there. Thanks again for a great night and we wish you continued success with your business. "We had the pleasure of having The Players perform for us at our wedding reception this Saturday night at the De Grey Rooms in York. They were fantastic, with everyone in the room commenting on how good they sounded, from the co-ordinator who listened to their sound check, to all the guests in attendance. From the moment I booked them one night after watching them in the Swan, to the night itself they were so helpful and so easy to work with. They learnt our 1st dance request which had everyone dancing, and to the last number they performed they sounded fantastic, playing all our song requests. Thank you all for a great set! "

"First and foremost Stargazers are fantastic musicians, the standard was absolutely amazing. Much more than just a function band. Secondly, the repertoire was perfect for a wedding, catered for young and old and got everyone up dancing (despite it being glorious weather outside). Very contemporary but doing the retro songs more than justice at the same time. Lastly, every one of them is really friendly and the whole experience of booking them, communicating before the event and spending time with them on the day was an absolute pleasure. Cannot recommend highly enough!"
