Review Centre: Singers & Vocalists

"I have been asked by the club to give a review on the New Year's Eve gig. Well where to start ? All night everyone was singing and dancing along with Nick, somebody told me this was his 29th show this month, you couldn't tell though as the entire show was fresh and he was absolutely on form as always, the age range was from 18-80 and they were all joining in with all he played. Whether is was Elvis, Queen, Dire Straits or UB40, he blended everything without fault. Even at half past midnight we didn't want to let him go. I hope you are having a well deserved rest, he did say he was going home to plug himself into something and lie down in a dark room for a while !! He also interacts with the audience very well and has us feeling part of it all, making us laugh as well as getting us to sing along with the "ooo's and ahhh's" etc. Cannot wait until he returns and that is the sentiment of us all here tonight."

"We booked Nick after watching a show at a different club. We and our members thoroughly enjoyed the evening, loved the set list as it wasn’t just the run of the mill like a lot of people do. Superb guitar playing and vocals, nothing amiss and we will see him next year as already secured dates "

"We were about 70 people of all ages... A great vocalist with a great variety of music. Jack was there from 8-12 - he played live sets with music in between when he had a break. I would highly recommend Jack without any hesitation."

"Martin always puts on an amazing performance, entertaining all our guests. Totally reliable and professional with charm and witt. His Michael Bublé performances are some of my favourites. I would definitely recommend Martin for any charity event, ball etc. It’s been a pleasure working with him over the years."

"Taylor's vocals are unbelievable, whilst also looking effortlessly beautiful during her performance. Having Taylor sing completely changed the atmosphere of our ceremony and certainly made my husband and me, plus many family/friends tear up. We would hire Taylor to sing for us again in a heartbeat. To make things even easier, Taylor is fully self-sufficient with her PA system provision and setup, so that was one less thing to worry about! "

"We could not recommend Danny enough to anyone who is looking for entertainment for their wedding or event! Danny sang at our wedding in May and he made our day feel complete. Danny was a great communicator and arranged a call with us before the wedding to chat through what we wanted - something we greatly appreciated and was brilliant at adjusting plans to fit with our day. Danny performed for our ceremony, drinks reception and first dance and every single guest commented on his talent and wide repertoire. What was particularly special is that Danny took the time to learn arrangements for songs we requested for our day, which meant so much to us. It was a touch that we can’t thank him enough for and just added something special that we’ll remember forever! Not only will we continue to recommend Danny to all our family and friends for their events, we will definitely be reaching out for anything we plan in the future! Such a talent. Thank you again for being a part of our day and for this review being so late!"

"What can I say a consummate professional, from start to finish. Catherine kept me in the loop, she was polite and friendly and knew what we wanted and needed. She engaged with the crowd and made you feel as much or as little involved as you wanted to be. Her voice and musicality was sublime, she played her guitar effortlessly and it sounded beautiful. I kept being asked where I had found my entertainment from all my guests. The dance floor was full and everyone was so happy, Catherine is an act I will keep for future events and I will be recommending her to anyone who needs a quality act."

He did not disappoint one bit and was well received with his great vocals and guitar skills. He was flexible with the type of music he performed and was an outstanding professional. "Glow performed here at Gradbach Mill & Farmhouse for a Wedding Party on 1st June 2019 and they were just fantastic. They created a wonderful atmosphere and they were thoroughly enjoyed by the guests and passers-by who stopped to watch their set. They brought a real feel of romance to the day and because they performed just before the Bride and Grooms Blessing they really set a beautiful tone for the ceremony. The Duo are highly recommended by us as a venue and we hope we get to listen to their amazing set again soon."
