"Nothing compares to the way your music makes a wedding.... not to us anyway! When we first heard you guys at the casino wedding fayre it really touched us and we thought we would never be able to have you playing at our wedding - and it proved very difficult to be pleased with anything else to replace you as the fact was we wanted you at our wedding. But, it turned out my mother and father had booked you as a surprise! You both did an amazing job and touched everybody with your music."

"Thank you so much to you and your drummer for such a brilliant musical entertainment at our wedding. You pitched the tone, tempo and song choices perfectly throughout and gave our guests (and us) such a perfect soundtrack to the night. I especially appreciate the effort you put into the songs the we requested (our first dance combo and Sunshine On Leith were a huge success!) and that you graciously let the girls take the spotlight for the wedding song performance. In addition, you were brilliant to adapt around the weather situation. I know that wasn’t easy. We loved having you and hope you enjoyed your night too! Honestly one of the highlights of our wedding 😍Will never forget walking down the aisle to Africa by Toto or your rendition of Weird Fishes by Radiohead during our wedding breakfast 🙌 absolutely outstanding from start to finish."

"We hired Unwritten Duo to perform at a Private house/Garden Party for my parents wedding anniversary. She turned up on time with all her own gear, set up without fuss, and was really professional. She did 2 sets, interacted with guests and reacted to the audience, mood well and really made the party. Excellent singer and vocals with a brilliant personality. Definitely recommend her and will consider using her again. Andy Moore "

"Davey and his musical friends, Dan, Steve and Anya provided the music including the disco for our wedding. There are lots of things that could be said about them but one word would sum them up.... Incredible! They were there for the full day and made it so memorable, their musicianship was unbelievable. We had an open mic session and the way they picked up songs that people chose to sing was nothing short of staggering. So many of our guests commented not only on their musical abilities but how well they fitted in to the day. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone be it for a wedding or any other celebration. "

"We hired Paul for my 60th birthday party held in our garden. He was incredible, and everyone commented on how fab he was. He completely read the audience and played exactly the right tunes all evening. His sax playing is awesome, and he's a talented singer too. See you at my 70th! Definitely recommend!"

"From the moment we set our wedding date, we knew Nigel Hammond had to be part of our day – he was actually the first thing we booked! Nigel is not only an incredibly talented pianist, but also one of the kindest and most thoughtful musicians we’ve ever met. He took the time to ask us about our favourite songs and even learned the song, Titanium especially for our wedding, which meant so much to us. He created the most beautiful atmosphere during our drinks reception and wedding breakfast, seamlessly blending our personal choices with guest requests on the spot. The music was just perfect – elegant, fun, and heartfelt – and truly elevated the whole day. Nigel was simply the best, and we are so grateful he shared his talent with us on such a special occasion! We would really recommend Nigel to everyone! All the communication beforehand was thoughtful and thorough. He was such a pleasure to have as part of our day in every way! Thank you so much Nigel!"
