"I just want to say a massive thank you for performing at our wedding on Saturday 15th September at Thornton Manor. You were absolutely amazing, everyone was saying how brilliant the music was and how talented you were. I’m so glad I booked you to perform at our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for more. You were always there reassuring me along the way when I emailed and always responded quickly as well and put my mind at ease. Thank you so much for everything. "I booked Dan for our WI event at the village hall, and he was absolutely wonderful. He created such a warm and lively atmosphere, and everyone who attended commented on how much they enjoyed the evening. Dan brought something really special to our event and made it truly memorable. I’d gladly recommend him for any community or village hall gathering!"

"I hired Gordon to pipe in guests for my husband’s surprise party and for when my husband arrived, everything one loved it especially my husband as he is very proud of his Scottish roots. Communication through Encore was easy and hassle free and would definitely use them again"

"We hired Billy to play at my father’s celebration of life, not knowing how it would go or whether music would even feel appropriate for the occasion. Dad loved all kinds of music, and we wanted to honor that — he would have hated a room full of sad faces. We gave Billy very little to work with, just trusted him to use his own judgement about tone and timing. He completely exceeded our expectations and even played some of my dad’s favourites. He read the room beautifully, played with real sensitivity, and struck exactly the right note between celebrating dad’s life and honouring the sadness of the day. Several guests came up to me afterward to say how perfect the music was and Billy was excellent. Billy turned a real unknown and a risk into something genuinely beautiful. I’d recommend him without hesitation for any event."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gee Chambers – Absolutely Brilliant! 🎷 We first saw Gee Chambers busking in Chester and instantly knew we had to get him involved in our wedding celebrations! The day after our wedding, we held Philpott Fest at The Red Lion in Penyffordd — a big party for everyone to enjoy, with live music throughout the day, lots of family fun and one big feel-good celebration. Gee was absolutely perfect for it! His talent on the sax is incredible, but it’s his energy and vibe that really make him stand out. The mix of music was fabulous, he read the crowd brilliantly and just fitted into the whole atmosphere of the day perfectly. From spotting him busking in Chester to having him play at Philpott Fest, we knew he’d be good — but he absolutely smashed it! A fantastic musician, a great guy and one hell of a saxophonist. 🎷🔥 Thank you, Gee, for being part of such a special weekend and helping make Philpott Fest unforgettable! Chris & Caz ❤️"

"We are SO glad we booked sugar sweet duo for our wedding reception this weekend. They made every effort to make the day perfect for us including setting up slightly earlier then originally planned to have background music for our guests and even learned our wedding dance song to truly personalise the experience."

"We'd come across Liam online and loved his voice and was so happy he was able to play at our wedding reception. We had such good feedback from everyone, he made the evening extra special and played a first dance request which was amazing! He was polite, friendly, punctual, communicative before/after the event and we would highly recommend him for any event you have. Thank you Liam! :-)"
