"We booked The Dizzy Brasscals to play at our wedding reception and could not have been more happy with the decision. We found them online and watched/listened to examples of their work before getting in touch. Dave was quick to respond and helpful throughout the whole process. The band were very open to tailoring the music towards our more specific requests when it came to genre whilst also keeping the crowd and dance floor very happy and filled. The lighting and PA was also very professional. Dave stayed after the band finished to DJ in the evening which was also great, requesting our playlists ahead of the evening which he stuck to when suitable. I would highly recommend the band and Dave as a DJ for weddings/events, it really made the reception go so well and lots of guests kept telling us they loved them. Also very reasonable for the service provided. Thanks again Dave and the band!"

You guys went above and beyond at my sister's wedding. We so LOVED the music you guys played and everyone is still telling us how much they enjoyed the entertainment. "We recently had The Fortes perform at our Wedding. WOW, what an amazing band! Although certain restrictions were in place, James and the band made it so special. On the night we decided we wanted the band to just do one long set rather than two which was no trouble for them, thank you for accommodating our wishes. They played a whole mix of amazing songs that everyone loved from start to finish, from Queen to The Killers. Guests were entertained and commenting so positively on our choice of band. The DJ hand all requests asked and kept the "dance floor" (thanks covid) moving all night with some amazing mixing. To conclude, we really couldn't have asked for a nicer set of people to be part of our Wedding, the service from start to finish was second to none and we had nothing to worry about, James even kept our spirits high throughout all the uncertainty Covid brought to our Wedding. 100% recommended you won't be in the slightest bit disappointed."

"We got married at The Ned in July and booked The Romantics to kick off our Champagne reception, we couldn't have asked for a better way to start the celebrations - all the guest were up dancing and singing immediately, just having the BEST time! They are all fantastic musicians and such good fun. Prior to the wedding communication was fantastic, very professional... simply great guys to work with. Don't think about it... Book them! "We hired the two-piece set for our University Ball and they were absolutely exquisite. Everybody loved the energy, vibe and song selection, and they were also a dream logistically- Ben replied quickly and with a really friendly manner. Would definitely recommend this band to anyone that want's to have a good time at their function!"

"We had Dizzy Brasscals perform at our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic! They brought so much energy and fun to the evening, with two incredible sets that kept the dance floor full from start to finish. After the evening food, the moment the band struck up their second set everyone rushed straight back to the dance floor — the atmosphere was electric. They were also brilliant with our special request for the first song, not only incorporating it seamlessly into their surprise entrance, but with Dave going above and beyond to help get the mix spot on at the start and finishing off the evening with a great selection of tunes that kept the dance floor packed. We couldn’t recommend Dizzy Brasscals highly enough — they were one of the absolute highlights of our wedding day!"

"A fantastic Evening, the most accomplished Musical Duo ,especially with the variety of their performance we have seen for many years. Their connection with the audience made for an extraordinary and enjoyable evening. "We are so happy that we chose Platinum as our wedding band. We booked them for the evening, but the musician due to play the ceremony dropped out. Fortunately Platinum's duet saved the day, so played at both of our venues. Josh was quick to respond to emails, organised and happy to think through logistics and music choices. On the day the band were unbelievable. Many guests came up to us to tell us how good they were. Claire's voice is incredible. They were on point with song choices. It felt very inclusive to all generations and music tastes. We have many special memories from our wedding day dancing and listening to them. Thanks so much for making our day even more special."

"Hi Ben, it was very much our pleasure to have you and the rest of the band with us on Saturday night. The Blue Suede Shoes went down a storm and were very well received by all of us at the club on the night, simply Ben you “nailed it” and as you know the music played kept the dance floor packed all night. The addition of Baker Street and From the First Moment was terrific and I hope they stay part of your optional play list. I know our Social Committee and next year’s Club Captain are both planning to get in touch for upcoming events so I hope to see and hear you again before too long. "It’s hard to put into words how special it was having Amy and Mark sing and perform for us on our wedding day. I met Amy back in my home town by chance (bonding over Cher on the dance floor)! I thought then that she was fabulous so decided to check out the Mardy Johnny Depps as I was looking for the perfect act to play for us during and after our ceremony, and wow I am so glad I did. I instantly fell in love with their sound, their energy and their epic repertoire. From enquiring to picking out songs to working out the logistics of my aisle entrance, it was a breeze which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding or event. Hearing my aisle song sang by Amy in its own unique and beautiful way was just sensational and a moment I’ll never forget. They are so versatile with the songs they can perform and even took requests on the spot from our guests. Everyone commented the same and they kicked the celebrations off in the best way possible… with good energy, buckets of soul and a little early afternoon boogie. Thank you so much for being a part of our day x "
