"John arrived early to set up. He was friendly and accommodating regarding song choice as we had a variety of ages at the party. He had people up dancing with the music he chose. The volume wasn't too loud so people could still chat and not have to shout. Everyone had a great night and I would highly recommend Valencks Solo Band for a good entertainment."

" Martin was great! He provided two sets for our wedding party and he helped to make the evening really special. He is a great musician and was really professional (his drummer was great as well!). The guests loved him,and he even took their weird and wonderful requests. His covers were brilliant, we can't recommend him enough. Book him now! "

"Matt was fantastic at our wedding this summer, playing live outside to our guests prior to the wedding breakfast. He played one song we requested and the rest we left up to Matt. His experience in choosing the songs to play to the audience at the right time is invaluable. Matt has all the right equipment, fully insured with PAT certificates which alot of venues ask for upfront and Matt was forthcoming with this info. Matt liaised with the venue manager to workout timings where to setup and took any stress out of the whole situation. Fantastic professional who has an amazing voice and puts his own twist on covers without departing too far from the original so you can have a sing along. Just brilliant. No hesitation bookings him again for any type of occasion"

"My twin sister and I booked Joe Dostal to play for the first hour of our special 60th birthday party at Cafe Alf Rescos in Dartmouth for pre-supper drinks time last Saturday, and he was really excellent. He created just the right vibe to start off the evening well, playing great songs from his play list which we had been able to choose prior to the event. He was a good communicator before the day, and was very professional and delightful on the night. He is a very talented musician and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - he was a joy to have at our special party. Thanks for making our evening extra special Joe!"

"Jon made us understand how an atmosphere can change when music is added to a birthday garden party. It was just what made the day memorable. The children liked dancing around to George Ezra. He’s a very talented and gifted individual. I even booked him as a last minute through a referral and to my surprise he came all the way to London. I won’t forget his northern humour. "

"We were introduced to Sam as our singer we had previously booked unfortunately had to pull out 5 weeks prior to our wedding. From this moment onwards we were in safe hands, Sam was extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. We forwarded all our requests to her and she started working on them straight away. The communication was great throughout and on the day she blew everyone away with her talent. Her music was beautiful and was a perfect setting for our day. A lot of our guests thought it was a CD at first, she was that good! She played for us at the beginning and end of our ceremony and throughout our wedding breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam to anyone who wants to hire her for a special occasion and I have no doubt all of our guests will be doing the same. A massive thank you from us, for making our day so special."
