"Soul Generations were absolutely fantastic at our wedding. Their repertoire was interesting and varied, so it was easy to select a really good set list together. Rhona, their manager, got in touch about a month before and asked if we wanted the band to learn something new for the first dance, which we thought was incredibly thoughtful. On the day, the band absolutely smashed it - from beginning to end. Their versions of each song was original, cool and on point. Nearly everyone asked where we had found the band, and said they were absolutely the best they'd heard. We loved every minute. Thank you!! X"

"Absolutely Stellar – Kiki and The Noughtie Boyz Made Our Wedding! If you’re looking for a wedding band that will truly bring the house down, look no further than Kiki and The Noughtie Boyz. From start to finish, they were nothing short of sensational! We had the five-piece band—singer, guitar, drums, bass, and saxophone—and every single musician was unbelievably talented. They had our guests on their feet all night, delivering perfectly crafted medleys and two electrifying 50-minute sets that blended nostalgia with pure party energy. The crowd was buzzing! A special shoutout to the incredible Mumager, Kirsty, who made the entire process seamless. She helped us curate the perfect setlist and even worked in a surprise rap section for the Groom and I to perform - Kanye West’s verse from American Boy. And just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better, Kiki took over as DJ. She struck the perfect balance between our pre-planned playlist, guest requests, and her own impeccable intuition, knowing exactly when to mix things up. Kiki and The Noughtie Boyz weren’t just a wedding band—they were the heart of our night. If you’re considering booking them, don’t hesitate. They are pure star quality, and we couldn’t have asked for better!"

"Sugar Hit played at our wedding in August this year and they were absolutely amazing! We’d given up on finding a band as I’m quite fussy, but found Sugar Hit by chance on my hen do in The London Inn, Stamford. They were musically brilliant live and were also such good fun and had amazing energy and stage presence. We loved all the songs, a real mixture of pop but with a punky twist. At both my hen do and our wedding, the whole dance floor were dancing all night; it made the atmosphere at the wedding electric! They were also very reasonably priced and relatable. Thank you!"

We had a small but great crowd in, but we would definitely like to book another date in with you guys for the start of summer because the song choices were great, sound level was great, and honestly was all fabulous, one of the best bands we've had for a while so we think you guys deserve a bigger crowd! "Huge thank you to you and the band for the brilliant performance at our wedding. Tupelo Honey was perfect (although I fear there will be limited opportunities for re-use for you!), I loved Sally Maclennane, it was great to see a lot of people who probably haven't danced in years hit the dance floor, and Nicole particularly enjoyed being the guest drummer on Mustang Sally. We had a lot of people saying how excellent the band was."

"We had Kate sing at our wedding ceremony in October 2023 and we couldn't recommend her enough. From start to finish, Kate was so easy to deal with and very accommodating. With her "nothing is a problem" approach we were able to tailor our ceremony music to include songs that were special to us which made the ceremony feel much more personal. Kate's voice is one of the best I've ever heard and I would have no hesitation in booking her again!"

"I first experienced House of Chords as a guest at a wedding in December 2015. They were the best live party band my family and friends had ever seen. With the responsibility of organising a joint 21st and 50th celebration, the band were at the top of our list to ensure a good time would be had by all. Again, what a night! They surpassed what were already very high expectations. These gifted guys are accomplished musicians with superb technical ability topped by pitch perfect distinctive vocals from the lead singer. Whilst genuine masters of their artistic craft, they lack any ego and their primary purpose as entertainers is to make sure everyone has a fun and fabulous time. Words can’t do justice to the hugely positive feedback we received from our guests. Hiring a band from cold can feel like a real gamble but I can assure you these guys deliver and then some. They have an extensive, popular and eclectic repertoire and can improvise and specialise whatever you want as well as adapting to the vibe and tempo in the room. The dance floor was packed from start to finish with the guests pleading for encores. They are genuinely nice guys and they fully get it's your night not theirs - although it’s clear they really enjoy playing and entertaining. This genuine enthusiasm quickly becomes infectious around the room. The band are highly professional and from the moment you make contact with the lead guitarist, Mike, you feel reassured that you will be in safe hands. A very personable guy, he’s happy to talk it through with you, makes sure the band will deliver exactly what you want and can offer helpful advice and insight to make it the best night ever. Also for our party these talented musicians take their role as entertainers seriously and they still arrived in good time to set up despite horrendous traffic problems on that day. They appreciate how important the success of your party is to you. I don’t ever write reviews but felt compelled to do so because if you are like me, you might just need a second or even a third opinion and some reassurance when planning such a celebration. I can’t say it enough -you will have a great time if you book these guys."

"Professional, fun and excellent musicians. This band is superb in every way! They played a selection of high-energy, swinging tunes which got everyone up and dancing. The lead singer was adept at reading the crowd, sensing what got people moving and tailoring the music accordingly, making a fun night for all involved. I might have to plan another party, just so I can hire them again!"

"Hello James On the 28th December 2012 you attended our civil partnership ceremony for Kate and I at the Woodside in Kenilworth. These are the words that I would echo regarding the ceremony, which you were part of. When we set about choosing our nighttime entertainment for our ceremony we wanted a band that would appeal to all, would have a sense of fun and get people up and dancing. We watched you on YouTube and read your reviews, which impressed us. We were always confident that we had chosen well. "We hired Nightcaps in August for a surprise garden party for our son and new daughter in law. The party was beyond successful thanks to the atmosphere and glorious music provided by the band. The band were prompt, professional and provided peerless entertainment for over 2 hours. Literally, something for everyone. We can't recommend them highly enough, if you want old school service, attention to detail and a memorable event, look no further, Nightcaps are fab! "
