"There’s something quite touching about watching a middle aged Oliver Hardy type man acting out eccentric tales from great composers and from his own musical life. As well as collating these two sentiments, Daltry also manages to squeeze in sketches a la Mr Bean and BBC commentators as well as pasting in his own comical composition. No one gets off lightly, least of all Daltry himself. One is beset by uncertainty as to whether his lounge bar personality surrenders to the dejected genius type like many bygone composers, or if he is just acting. Either way, Daltry delivers quirkiness in buckets. After getting over his histrionics, there is impish warmth to the show that packs a punch with great variety and bizarre humour."

"Communication was great and he was very accommodating. In the end, Chris ended up not only piping for our wedding but also playing piano throughout our service. He is a very skilled musician and a lovely person, we had many compliments about the music played on our day! Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a piper or other music accompaniment for their big day"

"Nigel played at our wedding drinks reception which took place at Coltsfoot. The music created a lovely atmosphere and Nigel's choice of songs was perfect for the event. Nigel has been very friendly, flexible and responsive throughout the pandemic and our various date changes and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a pianist. "Will came to play for us at a private 70th birthday lunch party for 50 people in the garden. He’s an absolute delight. He plays beautifully and understands immediately what his audience requires. Turns up on time and with little fuss…. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask him again and would recommend him very highly indeed. We all enjoyed his music and his company. "

"Chris played a gig at the Woolwich Equitable last night and it was great! First time we have seen him play and we'll definitely have him back! He had the whole place dancing and singing along to a mix of different songs. Modern songs, classic sing along tunes and some Irish songs thrown in too which the crowd loved! Really nice guy with a great voice, we'll definitely be booking again! "

"Nigel played the antique grand piano at Shuttleworth House for our drinks reception. We are so glad we booked Nigel, he is very talented and played a wide range of songs. We received great feedback from our guests. We highlighted before the event a few songs that we definitely want played, it was so special hearing them on the day. Especially the Jurassic Park theme tune which we loved!"

Chris is very friendly and it was an absolute pleasure to have him as our piper for our wedding day! "Billy was absolutely amazing! He made the night! When he wasn't singing all of our requests he was joking with the family and was part of the party. At no point did the dance floor empty and after he finished singing he played songs that fitted all age groups and brought wonderful equipment e.g speakers and lights."
