"Absolutely amazing!! We hired Mariachi Las Valentinas for a Mexican Day of the Dead party and were totally blown away by the quality of the music and the talent of the musicians. They really made the party go with a swing, and played a really good mixture of fast songs that had the audience up and dancing, and some slower songs that gave people a chance to catch their breath. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they brought so much joy to our party - more than happy to personally recommend if there's anyone out there in two minds about whether to book them, just contact us via thephoenixgarden.org and we'll give you any extra details you need. Totally brilliant and we just can't thank this wonderful band enough - we had so many comments from local families who attended the event and told us how much they enjoyed the music. It almost felt as though we'd got some old friends to come and perform for us. If you're thinking of music for your party we'd wholeheartedly recommend Mariachi Las Valentinas - just please don't book them for any Day of the Dead events, because well be needing them again!!"

"What can I say, Ian and the band were incredible and kept us on the dance floor all evening. The music is so good you can't tell when Ian is singing or whether it's the actual track. Seamlessly professional, warm, fun, and made the evening so incredibly special. Couldn't recommend them more highly!"

"Brian played a solo set for our New Year's Night and he smashed it. Though he was solo, his loop pedal made it feel like it was a full band playing. The crowd were loving it. Up dancing from the first song to the last. Can't wait to have him back!"

"Good morning guys! Honestly thank you for last night we are both still living our best life and can't believe how well everything went yesterday! You guys were honestly fab, the dance floor was filled all night especially for the conga and the orcadian strip the willow! We were stood through in the ceremony room when you guys started playing and we just looked at each other and said great choice! Yous could not have picked a better set list if you tried, it was incredible! Thank you guys again so much again!! Laura is now trying to figure out if we can get another excuse to book you guys. Also we forgot to mention our first dance..... yous were brilliant!! We will definitely be singing your praises for a long time!!"

"Cannot recommend the good citizens enough! They played at our wedding last weekend and really got the crowd going! They ensured they played a mix of songs for all different music tastes, the energy was brilliant and so many guests approached us asking where we found them! "My hubby and I booked The Spectrum for our wedding this year. We originally booked another band around 9 months ago but they cancelled on us two months before our wedding. We nearly just booked a DJ and played it safe because we hadn't heard them live but once we listened to their demo's and saw the list of songs they choose from I knew they were the ones! Also speaking to James, one who sings, reassured us both and he was really helpful. It's clear that they have played for lots of weddings and understand how important it is to get things right! They played our first dance and from then on our reception was amazing! Everyone I spoke to commented on the band and how much fun it was. Plus some of my guests liked dancing with the guitarist on the dance floor when he was playing a solo! I would thoroughly recommend them and hope to see them at another wedding soon!"

"Wow, these guys were just insane. I can’t even begin to describe how good they were at our wedding. After a recommendation from my best man, we booked Josh & Nora for the evening of our wedding, and it was the best decision we made. Punctuality, professionalism and general ease of organisation really put our minds at ease during a busy and mildly stressful point of our lives. Most of the wedding party were on the dance floor in their first set ! Not a common occurrence from what I’ve seen in the past. Josh’s beat from his live drums meant you couldn’t help yourself but to move along with the music, that paired with Nora’s powerful and soulful voice provided the best combination for a night of partying. We’ve received so many compliments about J.B.MAC with everyone so overwhelmed with their talent. If the opportunity ever arises again I would instantly be on the phone to these guys again. Thanks so much for making our wedding evening everything we wanted"
