Review Centre: Wedding Musicians

"I honestly don’t know where to start with this absolute legend, so I’ll start at the beginning! We met Paul at an open evening of our wedding venue - an instantly likeable chap who captured our imagination of what we could have with his wonderful saxophone playing. So we booked Paul and very shortly after had a zoom chat with him to begin planning our big day. He was always at hand during the wedding planning process and was always cool and calm, while others were losing their heads! For our wedding, Paul firstly played and sang a set of beautiful saxophone and vocals during our drinks reception. His talents were commented on by literally every guest with many saying that they felt guilty for not giving him more attention - our guests felt that a musician so talented should be fully appreciated!! And then the evening…… We didn’t really know what to expect but it is fair to say that all of our guests - from 12 years old to 80 years old were blown away by Paul. Vocals, sax and DJing through the night, Paul had our guests dancing, singing and lapping up every minute. So many of our guests were asking ‘where did you find this guy?!’ that we were rolling out a stock answer by the end of the night. I can’t remember seeing a dance floor packed and just living the moment like that before and feel privileged that this happened at our wedding. Our wedding was the most perfect day and Paul was a massive part of that. I can’t recommend him highly enough and would not think twice about booking him for a wedding, a corporate event or even just an evening of great music. Paul, you absolutely rocked and we are so grateful to you for making our special day what it was. Book him while you can!"

"Ian was absolutely fantastic from start to finish - he was professional, very lovely and his music is outstanding. He played for us from the ceremony to the end of the wedding breakfast and people were complimenting how amazing he was all day! He was that good our guests were singing and dancing on they’re chairs during their meal and the atmosphere was simply perfect. Thank you so much Ian - we couldn’t recommend him anymore x"

He was brilliant. He even moved outside, then back in, to accommodate guests and weather changes. We honestly cannot thank him enough nor rate him high enough. "What can I say! Andy was absolutely amazing. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism and attention to detail at such a sad occasion as my Mums funeral. Andy looked and sounded fabulous and really set the scene for my dear Mum and our whole family. Even the funeral director said he'd never experienced anything quite like it, that he'd heard pipers before at funerals but when Andy played it sent shivers down his back as he followed Andy playing the bagpipes and leading my Mum to her final resting place alongside my dear Dad. Thank you so much Andy."

"Anita was excellent from start to finish. She was available to chat on the phone prior to the event and I felt immediately comfortable that I had the best act for the job. She designed a playlist around our wishes (Despite some tricky requests!). She set up in advance of time, the performance was excellent, looked great and created a perfect atmosphere for our wedding reception. Payment was easy and could highly recommend this act. I was happy in finding Anita at such short notice prior to our event."

"I hired Danny to sing at my my charity fundraiser event after first seeing him play in the Anchor Inn and loved his set and how he puts his own stamp on the songs he covers. "Absolutely superb performance from One Woman Band. The audience were captivated over two 1 hour long sets with great originality and variation to her pieces. If you want something different to your regular wedding guitarist One Woman Band is the way to go. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending her services for anyone. She is flexible, punctual and a pleasure to have met as a person too."
