"I can’t tell you how many comments we’ve had from those who attended our British Legion evening in Seend near Devizes, Wilts on Saturday…… all excellent, I should say!! Thank you so much for making our evening so successful. We will definitely be in touch again. The village is still talking about it. Great to see so many people up on the dance floor (and the tables and chairs!) within minutes of starting and wanting to continue well into the night!!! A great night. Thanks to all. "The Northern Ceilidh band performed at our wedding reception and were fabulous! Jon and the others are extremely talented musicians, and Joyce an experienced and engaging caller. The dance floor for the ceilidh was full from start to finish, and our guests had so much fun. Prior to the wedding, Jon and Joyce went to the trouble of videoing a sequence for us so that we could practice a ‘first dance’ with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wonderful people, wonderful musicians and a wonderful night of dancing. If you’re looking for a fantastic Ceilidh band, look no further! "

"The wonderful Soul Delight recently played at our wedding and were truly spectacular. So many guests commented how amazing they were - we would recommend them in a heart beat. Nothing was too much trouble and how many bands let the groom up to take the stage and drum one of the songs with the master of ceremonies on the mic!? A memory we will never forget! We absolutely loved them at our wedding and are so truly grateful that they played a part on our big day!"

"Ryan and Jasmine were excellent and just what I wanted from the event. We had some initial difficulties with our original booking changing the composition of the act but once we pivoted to R&J (which LMM were very helpful in helping us with), the night itself went extremely well."

"The band was hired for a joint 70th surprise party for my mum and auntie. Despite the party's age demographic, the dance floor was always full. The band played a perfect selection of songs for both young and old. They were accommodating when it came to the limited space at the venue. The band sounded amazing and received many compliments. I will definitely hire them again."

"Shakers Gold played at our wedding at Hestercombe Gardens in May and were brilliant! The band themselves were really friendly and accomodating on the timings, they had put together the perfect playlist and kept the dancefloor packed for the whole evening! Loads of people said how great they were and we would have no hesitation in recommending them x"
