"Wow. I knew Lara was a very talented vocalist but she exceeded our expectations. The has the voice of an angel and we were all blown away. I’m confident my grandad heard the songs sang to him and Lara has provided us with a beautiful memory we shall treasure forever from a tough day. Right from the start of our communication Lara was just the right balance of professionalism but also approachable human with a really kind heart. No matter what question I had or request I made she always went above and beyond to make it heard and we can’t recommend or thank her enough. What a talented lady overall a kind human being with an angelic voice ."

"Communication on the build up to the event was very easy and straight forward, no hassel/stress or third party to go through. Willing to learn songs as requested. Everyone at the event was really surprised with the quality of the performance, commenting on Mark’s amazing voice and ability on the guitar. Just the right tempo and song choice for a wedding scenario. All equipment was very professional and delivered great quality sounds. Given the opportunity we would love to use Mark again. "After deciding I really wanted a band as a gift to play for my 30th, I did some browsing. I was then recommended R45 by another band to perform for my 30th Birthday! I then got in touch with Michael, who was so accommodating and even juggled things around to be able to play for us. We then went to watch them a month before at The Deepings Caravan Park and there 2 x sets were absolutely brilliant. They had everyone on they're feet. We then spoke to Michael after they had finished and he couldn’t be more happy to help and guide us with our night. After a month of excitement and seeing everything come together, the group arrived and set up without a problem. They all wished me a happy birthday when I walked in and were smiley and bubbly. They fitted in, like they were part of the party. I also asked if we could move things slightly earlier then the original schedule and they were happy to do this for us! The Guys then got changed and looked amazing on stage and kicked off and had everyone on the dance floor! Michael, Jamie, Joe and Arty you are all so very talented and I feel very lucky to have you perform at my birthday. You were the absolute highlight of the night and gave me a birthday I certainly won’t forget! Not only are you all very talented your the most loveliest and enthusiastic guys! Everyone that attended, loved you guys and thought you were amazing! They pulled me up on stage and sang happy birthday to me and presented me with the most gorgeous gift and card - such a lovely and thoughtful thing to do!! Thankyou!! I honestly can’t thank you all enough, I can’t believe it’s already over and how quick the night went! I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on your gig dates and will come and see you perform!! I would highly recommend R45 to anyone looking for a talented, fun band to play for there occasion. They went above and beyond for us!! They certainly won’t disappoint and you’ll be on your feet in seconds! Thank you so much Michael, Jamie, Joe and Arty for everything!"

"Absolute played at Fréa’s Annual St Patrick's Day Ball in Manchester this year (2026). They were fantastic! The dance floor was full from the beginning to the end of their performance. They played a fantastic selection of songs that appealed to all taste and were a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute.
