"I booked Dave last minute and I’m so glad I did he was great from the start, as soon as I messaged he quickly communicated and was very efficient with booking and finding out what we wanted on our day and nothing seemed like to much trouble! All the guests loves the music at the wedding and was a lovely touch to our day! I would definitely recommend Dave. Thank you 😊"

"We experienced the wonderful soothing Jazz tones of Sonia and her quartet at Penlee Park Open Air Theatre. Sonia and the team played in this unique setting and entertained us with an evening of Gin and Jazz. The highly skilled musicians, with their double bass, keys, flute and saxophone accompanied the amazing vocals to many a well-loved tune. We would highly recommend going along to one of their future gigs, or booking them for your own gig!"

"Wow! When do I begin. This ladies are just wonderful ❤️. We had a fantastic afternoon celebrating the 80th Anniversary of D Day and this ladies was the icing on the cake. They are not only wonderful singers,nice people,friendly, helpful and professional singers ,they somehow supported us to travel back in time to the 1940s with the dresses,acting and all round good fun. Thank you so much!"

"The Band were excellent and added something extra to the day’s celebrations. The music was appreciated by all ages and the guests were smiling with their feet tapping. We could not have made a better choice. They were truly professional and I would hire them again."

"Everyone said how good the band was and we certainly enjoyed the music too. We opted for a 'package' deal which included a drummer who also DJ'd for us. All in all great music, great service which added to our wonderful night, couldn't have asked for better. They had everyone dancing, embraced some quirkyness and fun and I know our friends have tried to book the band for their wedding, unfortunately the band already had other commitments but i've passed on the bands details to many of our guests."

On another notes, had I mentioned that “Let’s Dance” is a rather significant song for both Jacqueline and me or was that pure coincidence that you guys decided to open with that? "What a fantastic time my guests and I had last night! The Black Velvet Band guys certainly know how to get a party going and my guests and I responded in the appropriate manner. It was the BEST party I have ever been to – and several guests asked if we can have another ceilidh soon."
