"Alan is a very talented guitarist and a complete professional. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed his music and the variety that he had to offer throughout the reception drinks. I also appreciated him taking the time to learn songs that were not on his set list as this showed commitment and dedication to his customers. I would highly recommend him to any of my family and friends. Thank you for providing such wonderful entertainment. "

The musician - Luisa - and singer - Sarah-Jane - were really fitting for the event and added to the relaxing and reflective environment. "We probably made things a little difficult for the Strings in that our guest ages ranged from 6 to 90 and in a vast open area, their sound was difficult to hear unless in the main lawn area, and people were wandering everywhere. Having said that, several guests gave me feedback that was very positive and that they enjoyed the music a lot. Jane and the guys co-operated fully with any requests made, and I got a lot of comments where people recognised tunes but without words made it a challenge to identify the song or artist. I had hoped to get a few people dancing but my attempt failed, guests were very much into conversations with friends and family they had not seen got for considerable time. Overall, the strings were very professional, please pass on my thanks to Jane and her colleagues, just a feeling that we did not do them justice."
