"Hired The Shooglers for our wedding, a mixture of an idea and blind faith, as the big day approached our anxiety increased we needn't have worried, they were excellent the dance floor was filled all night everyone had a ball,(and the free dance lessons were excellent too guys), this morning we've had texts and phone calls from loads of people all commenting on what a great night it was; brilliant. "

"Only we could host a wedding in a yurt, on top of a very high hill, on an August day with a severe weather warning! High winds enforced an evacuation during the wedding breakfast, which was still underway and running late when the band arrived to set up…..They carried on regardless, with the added complication of a short power cut, and provided a fantastic evening of entertainment for our wedding guests! The dance floor was full all night and a great time was had by all…..thanks House of Chords, it was memorable!"

"Elephants in the Room are a sensational, exciting, versatile band that will make any small or large venue rock. The music suits all tastes, ranging from the sixties to current popular anthems and includes slow, soulful ballads and energetic heavy rock. This isn’t just a good live band but a mesmerising performance totally engaging the audience. We hired Elephants in the Room for a private party and they delivered on every count – kept 100 people dancing and singing all evening. This is the ultimate live party band. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough"

"Can NOT recommend this band enough, they were outstanding!! Our dance floor was bouncing literally all night, fantastic mix of songs! All of our guests complimented how good they were and still talk about them weeks later. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a wedding band!!"

"Wow! John Adams and the band have given me the most fantastic memories of my wedding night - I can’t thank them enough! All generations of friends and family on the dance floor enjoying a myriad of songs from Bastille through to Cotton Eye Joe and even The Jungle Book! We have had so many comments on how good the band were - they really made the night. If you like music and dancing, these are your guys - I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely book them again! Diolch yn fawr."

"We were delighted to have Sonia & Glen perform at our party. The setting up and cleaning away was done calmly without any intrusion, as we were setting up for the party at the same time. They were very flexible with timings , as we over ran on the meal time. The music, vocals and sound production were very good, great for guests to dance to, or just enjoy listening to the entertainment. "

"Thank you so much for once again providing such excellent entertainment for my recent birthday party. Such a superb, fantastic, tremendously entertaining cabaret - my guests thought it was brilliant, the feedback from them had been tremendous and the way you moved from one style into the party music later, led my guests to believe we had two different bands! The band members are so talented and diverse and provide music for all tastes. My evening was perfect and I shall always recall the party. The very glamorous dancers proved to be a very popular point in the evening so please thank them for me. We regularly hold functions at our home and my guests love the element of surprise I always try to provide for them, each time I try to think of something everyone will enjoy and you guys always hit the spot, so I very much look forward to a return visit by your band. "

"Thank you George it was a huge success and everyone loved the ceilidh part even though it was a little chaotic that just seemed to add to the merriment! Hopefully you will come and play for us again sometime as we sometimes run charity events in the village. The whole thing went by in a blur and would love to be able to go back and slow it all down! "Absolutely fantastic. The energy, quality of sound, musicianship, choice of songs, performance and togetherness as a group. They had us dancing the entire time. Personal highlight was when the saxophonist led us in a conga line out of the building and back in again. One guest said it was the best live music they had seen. They were so easy and responsive to organise logistics with. They even helped us rent an accordion that one of our guests played during the ceremony. Worth every penny and would love to see them live again!"
