"Ray performed during the proposal and it was perfect, from her arrival (discrete and timely) to her performance. The flexibility and breadth of her selection of music made the playlist equally perfect. I would have liked the original songs playing in the background rather than instrumentals and perhaps used better speakers but these are minor points in what was a memorable evening."

From our very first conversation, she was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, ensuring all our requests were handled in such a personal and reassuring way. We had a specific song in mind for the start of our ceremony, and Lyra Strings performed it beautifully. It created the most romantic and emotional atmosphere, and so many of our guests came up to tell us how much they loved it. Even days later, we were still receiving messages about how her music was one of the standout moments of the day. We chose a mix of classical and modern pieces, and each one was performed with such elegance—it truly set the tone for a perfect day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lyra Strings. "Mia was absolutely amazing. She is such a talented and incredible player and really made our wedding that extra bit special. She was incredibly communicative and supportive leading up to the event. She made excellent suggestions and supported us in our decision making throughout the planning process. On the day she was absolutely amazing. Her playing was stunning when guests were entering, when we were walking down the aisle, signing the registry, and our exit song. She then also played at our drinks reception and definitely found the right vibe. She even played the peppe pig theme for our little boy which was extra special as he was loving dancing to the music. I couldn’t recommend Mia enough. She will make your event extra special. Thank you so much Mia! Sorry I didn’t get to say thank you on the day. You were amazing!"

"We decided to look for a musician to play at our wedding reception at the last minute. Tamilla was very responsive and flexible. On the day, she was absolutely brilliant and we couldn't have asked for more. All our guests were in awe of her and kept talking about it weeks after the wedding. Can't wait to host another event and have Tamilla play!"

"I had the pleasure of having Amy play at my Mum’s Celebration Of Life. What a talent! Amy's set was beautiful and so well received by my mum's guest. It really made the occasion so special! Amy was a joy and pleasure to work with and I felt very lucky to have her there. The whole booking process was incredible simple and Arda got back to me extremely quickly.
