"We asked Tamilla to play for our guests at our wedding during the drinks reception and she played beautifully. We left the choice of music up to her, and it was perfect for the occasion. We had so many compliments from our guests who thought Tamilla’s playing added a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend Tamilla for any occasion. She always responded promptly to our queries, liaised with the venue about insurance and was just lovely to deal with. Thank you Tamilla! George and Karon Adamson"

"What can I say about Rachel that would do this review justice. I honestly can’t explain how amazed I was with her work, she was the best thing about my wedding and made the wedding amazing and a lot easier for me by taking the stress of music onto herself. Everyone was left in awe with her music. I most definitely would recommend her for any function especially weddings. My husband and I are super happy that Rachel was a part of our big day. "Modern Strings was a pleasure to work with for our big day. They were professional from the outset and had a huge choice of songs we could choose from. Anyone thinking of a string quartet or similar for their special day should look know further than these guys. They are brilliant. "

"We booked Mezzo Vivo for our wedding in Tenby in September 2024. He was incredibly organised and thought of things I did not, which really took the weight off my shoulders. We had so many requests and nothing was too much for him, even asking within a few weeks of the wedding if he could learn two further pieces of music for two hymns during the ceremony. He is an incredible musician and offers various string instruments for you to choose from. Listening to him play whilst I was waiting to walk down the aisle was magical. He truly made our ceremony extra special and his musicality is beautiful. We'd like to thank you for providing such lovely music, our guests loved him and so did we. I would highly recommend Mezzo Vivo"

"The Masked Violin was amazing! His sweet melodies serenaded all our guests from arrival until our DJ/ live music arrived. Everyone loved his music, and have been speaking of it ever since. He was truly incredible. He was so kind, he even pre-learned the songs to play for our ceremony: one was a normal wedding song, the other a punk song, which he played so well it helped make our day perfect. Afterwards he played a variety of well executed music, all sorts of genres, along with his mask and mysterious demeanor our guests were all dazzled and mesmerized. Our guests were taking about how amazing he was for days afterwards (we had a multi-day wedding), we do regret not hiring him for more days as he was fantastic. He was an absolute pleasure and we highly recommend him to everyone, for any kind of event. Honestly we can not praise him enough. If you are thinking about music at your event, he brings a magic that others can't: definitely book with him 💯."
