"Angelina played at our daughter's Wedding on the 27th June, 2015 and everyone said what a beautiful atmosphere it created. Angelina certainly helped make the day truly memorable. I would have no reservation in recommending her. "

"Livi was excellent to work with from beginning to end. She confirmed the event the same day, communicated clearly throughout, and was proactive in organising details, including liaising directly with the accompanist and arranging a run through/sound check in advance. She was punctual, well prepared, and even learned a new song specifically for our event. Her fee was very reasonable for the quality of performance delivered. On the day, her voice completely held the room and people were very moved by her. Her tone is pure and melodic, creating a calm, immersive atmosphere that we could get lost and reflect in. Alongside her obvious talent, Livi is a warm, genuine, and kind professional, making her an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her without hesitation for any event and would look forward to booking her again. Thank you so much Livi!"

"Absolutely fantastic!! Brought the energy, kept everyone dancing all night and lovely people to!! We had lots of compliments from our guests on how much they loved the band!! The venue staff also said they were the best band they'd had play at a wedding there!! Thank you so much!!!"

"Honestly this band are absolutely INCREDIBLE! They completely made my wedding even more special by being there. The professionalism, the song choices, the range, the scope of BANGER AFTER BANGER just completely wrapped the night up with everyone dancing all together. "I hired Blue Jewel Ceilidh band to play for my 60th birthday party at my local village hall. I had never heard them play before but going on previous recommendations I felt certain they would be okay. How right I was! Well, if fact they were more than okay - they were bandtastic! Their playing is brilliant and they created a fantastic atmosphere. Steve made sure he brought me and my husband and sons right into the swing of things, mentioning us by name whenever he could and he certainly made it feel like "my" party and not just any old party they might be playing at. There was quite a mix of ages, but everyone joined in with the dancing, (yes, even my non-dancing- unless-he's-had-a-few-pints, husband!!). Steve and his colleague were excellent callers and made the dances very easy and great fun. We are still laughing and talking about what a wonderful evening it was. I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Jewel. They will make your party go with a swing! "

"Michael was absolutely amazing from initial booking and up to our wedding day! Speedy reply’s made us feel at ease and trusting Michael to deliver a fabulous part of our wedding was worry free. The vibe was perfect and everyone loved this extra special touch that Michael brought for the day. Highly recommend for any occasion."
