"He was truly amazing. Jamie's vocals were sublime and quite frankly I couldn’t take my eyes off him all night. He played songs that appealed to all ages and really got the party started. He was so professional from start to finish and all my guests were very impressed."

We were so looking forward to you performing and you didn't disappoint! Everyone said how much they enjoyed your performance. Singing our first dance for us will always be a very special moment that we will never forget. I only wish we could do it all over again! "We just wanted to say a personal thank you to Nigel. He played at our wedding on 04.10.2025, we had booked Nigel late into our wedding planning as we were so undecided on what we would be walking down the aisle to. We had been at a wedding event at Plum Park Manor (our venue) where Nigel was playing and the atmosphere was brilliant! We knew we wanted to have Nigel and luckily he had a cancellation and we was able to book. As the wedding was close, we had to decide on our music fairly quickly and the experience was so easy and straightforward. Nigel on the wedding day was wonderful, he was able to tailor the music to the bridal party and extend the music when required, to ensure I had the prime chorus for when I walked. Nigel kindly made a little video of us walking down the aisle and captured the moment the bridal party entered, this special moment was greatly appreciated and such a lovely surprise. Nigel stayed to play at our drinks reception and the atmosphere was light and upbeat, we couldn’t recommend Nigel enough! Thank you so so so much, Mr & Mrs Bull"

"We hired Nigel to play at our wedding at Shuttleworth House . Nigel played when guests arrived, we chatted to Nigel as to our favourite songs which he would play. I also walked down the aisle to Nigel playing my entry music....it was truly magical. We had the most amazing day made all the better by having Nigel playing and entertaining our guests. We had a number of children at the venue, and part way through a song the children gathered round the piano to which Nigel quickly changed the song to teddy bears picnic....wow! They were made up and so were are guests, what a lovely thing to do. Great communication with Nigel, weddings can be stressful but he was so easy to work with, had great ideas as to what to play and how to move around the rooms. I really couldn’t recommend him high enough!"

"Vernon performed at our wedding on 03.08.13 and was absolutely superb. A great variety of songs sang in his own unique style. A genuine lovely guy with a soulful voice. I would highly recommend him for any functions you are thinking of having. I for one would use vernon again in the future."

"Nigel played while our guests were seated, during the Bridal Procession, the signing, the Wedding Exit, the Confetti Shoot , the Wedding Couple Entrance and the Wedding Breakfast. It was my wife's idea to have Nigel play at our wedding and after she had the idea I thought that sounds nice and a bit different. It was great to have Nigel play at the wedding and it gave the wedding music a more personal touch than just having recorded music. This was particularly the case with the Bridal Procession when you felt you could have been in a church. Nigel was very professional and unobtrusive. We left him to pick the playlist and he played a great variety of different tunes."

"I am so grateful to David for making my 40th birthday party such enormous fun. He’s both amazingly talented and also a really lovely person who gave us all the confidence to sing along with him. We had the best time ever - I’ve already had requests for another party (as soon as we have recovered from this one!). Highly recommended."
