"Rob and his band Chasing Deer performed perfectly on 9th March for our charity event. Their choice of songs fitted the crowd perfectly and everyone was on their feet within the first few bars of the first song! They played some of their own material which stood up well against the party standards. Great gusto and commitment. Thank you!"

"This was the Band's first proper live concert and what a great success it was! My husband and I heard them busking one Saturday in Beverley and were immediately impressed. I subsequently contacted Michael Grant and arranged a date. The concert was in our 600 year old church and they played to an audience of 90 people and kept us entertained for nearly 2 hours with just a short interval. They were fantastic! From the very start, when they marched down the aisle from the back playing 'When the Saints' they got everyone's feet and fingers tapping. Michael who is SO talented played the clarinet - I'm sure he'll go places and he had a great rapport with the audience was also very pleasant and accommodating when we were finalising fees and times etc. Dan on the banjo and Ben on double bass were both excellent - again two very talented musicians. They were all great and we had a fantastic night and everyone has been full of praise for them and want them back next year. Thank you so much guys!! Hope to see you again."

"We also had Lizz Lipscombe at our wedding as the violinist in the daytime, I found her when shopping in town one day – I passed her playing and had to ask! She also played in the church. She was lovely and people commented on how fantastic she was."

"Hired these guys to come and play jazz with a bunch of tap dancers for the evening and what we got was absolutely amazing... there was music flowing throughout the venue, and nobody could sit still. They worked with us and played songs we requested and every musician within the band is talented! We have already had 2 Tap Jams with them and we are currently trying to book our 3rd! They're a true jazz band! Thanks guys!"

"There are not enough superlatives to describe the performance that it was Elaine's and myself witnessed on the 4/4/2026 at the Soldiers , Hednesford. You were oh what can i say that described your performance. Sorry i cant. There are rumours abound that you are going to be booked for a repeat performance. "I booked Martin and Natalie as a string duet for my wedding almost 18 months in advance and throughout the whole planning process and the day itself they were so professional, accommodating and talented. Martin and Natalie learned my partner and I's requested wedding ceremony songs, and worked on a bespoke arrangement for the music I walked up the aisle too. They did it all with enthusiasm and nothing was too much trouble. On the day, their music was the perfect soundtrack to our wedding, and lots of our guests have told me how much they enjoyed listening. Martin and Natalie were also generally a pleasure to spend time with - they were so warm and made time to talk to me, my partner and members of the wedding party. I'm so glad they were part of our day and can't recommend them highly enough."

"Mia was brilliant!! We hired her for an 80th birthday party and it definitely made the party feel extra special. It created a lovely atmosphere, which is what we'd hoped for. It was a real treat for everyone not just the birthday boy. "

"An amazing bunch of lads that allways give there best to every event, I have seen them countless times and I intend and seeing them more in the future. One of the best bands I've seen live! On par with my other personal favourites such as the Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon, The Killers and Kaiser Cheifs. The lads play every gig with huge amounts of energy which spills over into the crowd making every gig something special. This is evident with the huge following they have built up over the years."

"Dear Debbie, now that the dust has settled after Pat's 50th Birthday Party I wanted to say a very big thank you to you and your band. You were absolutely amazing. "I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Soul Factor who made our wedding extra magical. They were absolutely brilliant and had everyone on the dance floor from the moment they started. They even learnt our first dance song which they sang beautifully. We couldn't recommend them more highly!
