"Hired Lauren at the last minute and she communicated very promptly to all my queries. We were over the moon with her performance. From start to finish a true professional! She sang beautifully and has an excellent repetoire of songs even managing a few Latino numbers for our Spanish guests. She created a speak easy jazzy tone for our wedding drinks and many guests were also very complimentary. She is a versatile, talented and true professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lauren. Thank so much for making our day so special. You really helped to get the party started! X"

"GARETH GILES helped me out of a terrible hole when my regular accompanist fell ill. WIth less than 1 week's notice (!!!!) he fitted una rehearsal AND was able to play 21 pieces for a recital for me. We did NOT need the 2nd rehearsal such is the sensitivity, versatility and telepathic and communicative nature of Gareth's playing. He is a true professional but laid back, INCREDIBLY WITTY and easy to work with. Gareth played everything from oratorio arias and lieder to COLE PORTER, KURT WEIL and GEORGE GERSHWIN, STEPHEN SONDHEIM - you name it he either: Knows it Sight Reads it (!) Transposes it Adapts it to suit stroppy singers (!!) Improvises missing bits or fillers He also adds fantastic fills in the lighter numbers as well as appropriately styled ornamentation in the more classical repertoire He is EASILY the best accompanist I have ever worked with and totally adaptable I THOROUGHLY recommend Gareth as a vocal,choral and instrumental accompanist G - thank you so much for not only saving but making the recital Kat"

"I just wanted to let you know what a great success last night was & both The Duke & Duchess were very pleased with the group Los Gitanos Kings that came to play here at Alnwick Castle. I should be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to Chris, Keith, Carlos & Lester for making the journey up north & I only hope they were not too tired after having such an early start this morning. Also I am sorry that I never got the opportunity of thanking them in person - it was only after they had left the Castle that I was informed they had actually gone.    From what The Duchess said this morning she is certain that we will be asking Los Gitanos Kings to return again to Alnwick in the foreseeable future."

"Hi Gordon, Just a quick note to say thank you again to you and the bands for the hard work at our wedding at Shortflatt Tower, I hope that we did not cause you too much stress with the slightly delayed schedule and the last-minute RSVP song-lists! The bands, both the ceilidh and the party band, sounded great and had people dancing which is all that we wanted. I am sure you will be back at Shortflatt Tower again at some point soon and hope you and the band continue to entertain regularly, we will certainly recommend you to anyone asking! Thank you again! Highly professional, complete with lighting and disco they communicated well before the event and helped with sound for speeches.
