"Lewis and I just wanted to extend a huge thank you to you and the sound guy for such a great evening's entertainment. So many of our guests remarked on how well you interacted with the audience - wandering around the room and out on to the terrace when the dance floor was quiet... very unusual and worked wonderfully well. Also can you apologise to your sound guy as I believe my dad asked if he could stay on past 1 thinking he was a friend of ours as opposed to a supplier so sorry about that as I'm sure he'd had just about enough by 1am! "The RockPins performed at our wedding in July at Cooling Castle Barn. They performed brilliantly, were wonderfully enthusiastic and cooperative on the day and the run up to it. Their song selection is varied and they really did play something for everyone. They performed our first dance song, our father daughter dance and were our main evening entertainment. It suited our day down to the ground and really had our guests moving by the end of the night. They were exactly what we wanted for our evening and were a complete dream to work with. A real change from your typical 'wedding music'! Thank you RockPins! :)"

"We hired the Marvellous Souls for our wedding evening. One of our biggest concerns when wedding planning was that no one would be dancing on the dance floor. We couldn’t have been more wrong. The dance floor was full all night thanks to the amazing talent and engagement from the band. Each member is incredible at what they do and they are such genuine lovely people. We went with the 6 piece band and it was a perfect dynamic, the band played so well together. We also hired the DJ who created a great atmosphere before the band and kept everyone dancing after the band finished. The wedding venue even said it’s the best band they have ever had at the venue! The communication prior to the wedding was first class and we were immediately put at ease and felt well taken care of. They were very organised, professional and everything went very smoothly, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would 100% recommend booking The Marvellous souls if you are looking for talented musicians, a good time and professionalism! Thank you for making our wedding day so memorable and fun! "

"I recently had Moonlit Moment play at my wedding, what a wonderful experience. We had opted for the 4 piece knowing that the addition of the drums would probably encourage a little more grooving on the dance floor. We weren't wrong, the floor didn't empty from the start of the night to the finish. The vocalist was a star, her voice is brilliant and she actively encouraged audience participation (which was quite a highlight). No request was too big, we had asked they join in part way through our first dance song, which they agreed to do and it made the occasion all that more special, the floor was filled within moments. As with most weddings our schedule was over running, the band fit in with us every step of the way, they were polite, professional and friendly, it was an absolute pleasure to have them part of our special day. All of our guests commented on how great it was to have a live band. The booking process is very easy and their manager answered all queries promptly, she helped with all sorts of guidance along the way to ensure our event was perfect. If you are thinking of a live band for your next event I can highly recommend Eclipse. Many thanks to Rhona, and the band. "

"Straight Up were beyond brilliant as the evening entertainment for our wedding. The dance floor was full the entire time and we had so many comments about how brilliant they were - their manager was great at communicating in the run up to the event and they were willing to tweak the set list so it was perfect for our friends and family! "Jude and Vicki played at our wedding reception and they were really fantastic! Their music was exactly what we had hoped for and brought a warm and relaxed atmosphere that was perfect during the outdoor drinks and canape reception. Our guest are still talking about how beautifully they played and loved the set list choices that blended a classical charm and modern songs. "Outstanding performance by Dave at our wedding party, it was an honour to have such a talented musician play live music for us, every single guest commented on his performance - Amazing, incredible, marvelous and every other positive adjective you can think of! My wife was over the moon, it has been her dream to have live sax at the wedding, genuinely the highlight of the whole evening. Dave worked so well with the DJ (who he had never worked with before) and his communication has been excellent right from the very start. I hope I can find an excuse to book Dave again!"

"I booked Black Velvet Ceilidh Trio for my wife’s 50th Birthday barn dance. The booking process and communication was great. On the night, from the off, everyone was up dancing. The instructions were great and they really got us all into the spirit. Lots of comments from our friends about how good they were. Thanks to all for an amazing night of music and dance.
