"Billy played at our Wedding on 16th July 2011, he was fantastic and would recommend him highly. Billy was dressed very smart and knew how to play every song we required. He was friendly, polite and he just loved to play the pipes, he just played all the time for us. Thank you Billy for making our day as perfect as we imagined. All the best in the future. "

"Chris played at our Burns Supper and was excellent: a great piper, arrived early, interacted well with those in attendance. We would gladly have him back!"

"As a funeral director in Hoo Rochester Kent we are sometimes called upon to organise a piper to play at a loved ones funeral. I have used the services of Piper Andrew McLeod several times now, if he was not a Piper of good quality and of a high standard I would not use his services - but I can honestly say Piper McLeod never disappoints, he is punctual, always turned out smartly, very reasonably priced and his playing is excellent. I as a funeral director have very high standards as well as expect same from whomever I work with, Piper McLeod fits that bill so I have no problems hiring his services anytime I need a Piper. "

"Thank you so much for playing at my mum’s burial a couple of weeks ago in Hethe. I hadn’t considered before the service how quiet it would have been without music, and your playing supported the ceremony beautifully. Thank you for beautiful playing, and for your great sensitivity to the occasion, it was much appreciated by all the family. We are so lucky to have wonderful friends in Thomas and Kristina who thought to support us in this way. "

"Robin was superb and exceeded my expectations. I asked Robin to pipe on my last Munro summit in Glencoe during the afternoon of my 60th Birthday for a party of 14 walkers. Robin reached the summit early and was able to pipe while we descended from another Munro summit and made the climb up the mountain to the 925m summit of Stob Coire Raineach, which made the event unforgettable. Robin had never climbed a Munro before, and his dedication and meticulous planning was very impressive, especially as he was the youngest person on the mountain. After the celebratory piping on the mountain top, he then piped for an hour wearing full ceremonial Highland dress in the evening at my birthday party which was held at the Red Squirrel Campsite in Glencoe. Robin is very charismatic, and he managed to get other campers involved by arranging an impromptu outdoor mini-Ceilidh with cross-generational dancing. All my guests and other folk on the campsite were very impressed by Robin. Thank you very much for making the event so special for everyone involved."

"I chose Rob because he has so many 10/10 reviews. We asked him to play at my late brothers internment on Saturday. He exceeded our expectations. He was meticulously attired (gave me a choice of what tartan I would like him to wear) & his laments added a very special touch to the proceedings. Robert was already at the cemetery waiting for our arrival. The service over ran but this was not an issue for him. I would 100% recommend Robert. "

"Absolutely amazing piping by both Matthew and Rikki on our wedding day! It is always so special hearing the bag pipes and they really do make a wedding! Thank you both for going above and beyond for our wedding day and making everything so special! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a bagpiper to book with Alba Bagpipes!"

"Stevie played at our wedding last weekend and we can truly say he helped make our day everything we had hoped for. He went above and beyond from his communication to wearing his Mackay tartan (my family tartan) on our big day. His rendition of Highland Cathedral gave us both goose bumps and Scotland the Brave had the whole church clapping and stamping as we walked down the aisle for the first time as husband and wife. His warm infectious personality shone through out the day and he felt like one of the guests and we have had nothing but amazing comments about him. Thank you Stevie!"

"Hi Keith Just to say thank you for playing at our wedding recently. It added something different for the guests and everyone has said how much they enjoyed hearing the bag pipes. Of course it was traditional for myself and my family but you made my mother and father's day! I was born in Scotland but moved to Wales when I was 5, my father never wanted me to forget my roots so he would play pipe music on our old record player. Many thanks again and I wish you all the best Sarah "

"I cannot express enough gratitude for the brilliant performance delivered by Simon at my father's funeral in Hereford. Simon's mastery of the bagpipes added an incredibly poignant and deeply moving element to the service. His choice of tunes were not only impeccably played but also reflected a profound understanding of the solemnity of the occasion. Simon's music resonated through the church, evoking a range of emotions that truly honoured my father's memory. Beyond his exceptional musical talent, Simon exhibited a high level of professionalism and compassion. His presence brought a sense of authenticity and tradition, providing solace to my family. I am immensely grateful for Simon's contribution to the funeral, turning a sombre moment into a beautiful and fitting tribute. His music brought comfort and a touch of grace that made the ceremony truly unforgettable. "

"Thank you so much Richard for playing at my darling wife's passing. She loved Scotland and the sound of the pipes. Everyone was so moved by your lovely playing. Thank you for playing the tunes Amazing Grace, The Dark Island and The Battle's O'er - the first two tunes were my wife's favourite ones and the last summed up her valiant fight against her illness. God bless you."
