"We booked Steve Evans in for some live music at our restaurant, and he delivered, a throughly enjoyable evening with lots of great variety of songs. It left customers wanting dancing and wanting more with one saying she wished it would never end. Amazing night !!! Big thank you to Steve "

"10/10, couldn't recommend more. We booked the guys to do the full day at our wedding, from the ceremony right through to midnight and they were fantastic for every minute. They had an amazing mix of sing a long classics, old school anthems, and guest requests, and the personal requests we made were learned and performed perfectly. If you want a band who will take all the stress away on the big day, and have your guests talking about them for days afterwards then you can't do any better than these guys! "5 stars! We couldn’t have had a better band than House of Chords for our wedding. Their range and selection of music was perfect, including lots of our favourite songs, and got all ages on to the dance floor. They also arranged their sets to build up to a great finale! All of our guests had a fantastic time. They were a pleasure to work with and were flexible to fit around our plans and changes on the day. Among a wonderful wedding day, they were certainly a highlight."

Many thanks for your kind words Sue. We have always had fun when playing for you at the Flying Pig. Your creative bar dancing to our version of “Wipeout” is define a very special memory for all of us ? Hopefully we can recreate this at some time in the future as this is a showpiece number for Kevin our amazing new drummer!

"After a postponed 2020 wedding due to Covid, Tim and his team did a fab job in accommodating our constantly-changing plans, and in the end we had the pleasure to have have Kitty Galactic’s acoustic duo, with Kat the lead singer, play at our low-key garden wedding. The singing and acoustic guitar combo was perfect for our guests during reception drinks. Highly recommend and we hope to have the full band play at a full blown anniversary party with dancing in the future. "

"Just wanted to drop you a massive thank you for your huge part in making our reception so special last month! You smashed it - we absolutely partied our hearts out on the dancefloor and we know so many of our guests did too (one even told us it was one of the best nights of his life!) You created a brilliant atmosphere from the very first song. Special shout-outs for a) performing our first dance song even though it wasn't on your standard repertoire b) your own dance moves as you were setting down (they didn't go unnoticed!) and c) just being really friendly, down-to-earth guys in the lead-up and on the night itself.
