"Lunar Acoustic performed at our Christmas Party 2017. They were both fantastic and the guests loved them both. Her singing is the best live performance i have seen and the music suited all tastes. Harry was also fantastic on the guitar. What a great duo and i would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a live singer. Thank you so much for a fantastic performance. "

"I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you all for a most memorable ceilidh at Ross and Susie’s wedding on 6th October. We have had many compliments on your ceilidh band and the dancing, and with many coming from a bunch of southerners, that is praise indeed! The calling and walk-throughs were just right and enabled anyone who wanted to, to join in. I was so pleased to see the dance floor full all night and everyone having such fun. Your playlist was very well thought out with a good array of well known dances and one or two lesser known but all good fun and not so complicated, all with tunes of a good pace. My sister came off after dancing the Cumberland Square (?) saying “That was great, I’ve always wanted to learn that one!” My knees have not recovered yet from all the dancing- but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I am sure Ross and Susie will thank you themselves in due course. In the meantime I shall thank you once again. I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and family for a great ceilidh night."

"Wow, what can I say about Lunar Acoustic apart from AMAZING!!!! Our wedding was late June 2019 and in May (quite last minute really) we decided we wanted a singer/group/guitarist to play at our wedding – exactly what, was to be decided. We did some Googling and came across Lunar Acoustic. We looked over their webpage and listened to their music videos and decided to make contact. Christina called me not long after I made contact and she was lovely. I knew straight away we were going to get along. Following on from the call I received an email explaining all the different packages on offer. I knew the date was sought after but before we committed I wanted to listen to them in person. We asked where they were playing and went along for a listen. They were great and we decided there and then to confirm the booking with them for the all-day package. On the day of the wedding Lunar Acoustic arrived nice and early and set up ready to sing to our guests on arrival. We had three songs sung during the wedding along with some beautiful acoustic instrumental tunes. It was perfect. Following the ceremony we had a lovely drinks reception but first Lunar Acoustic joined in with the outside celebrations and of course the surprise car  Following this Lunar Acoustic waited until the time was right and then set up again and started playing while guests were chatting with each other. Before we knew it, it was time for the evening reception where Lunar Acoustic were playing two more sets and our first dance. Well, this was amazing. They did the first dance exactly how we asked and it was magical. I also knew I wouldn’t hear the ceremony songs (due to excitement) so requested they played the songs from the ceremony at certain points again in their sets and they did. It was great listening to them again throughout the day. Lunar Acoustic were fabulous. Professional from start to finish and every guest commented on how amazing they were. During the arrival and drinks reception the volume was enough that you could thoroughly enjoyed the music but still chat and the evening was lively enough to get you dancing right into the night. I felt like Lunar Acoustic were guests at the wedding rather than musicians, as they fitted right in. I have recommend them to everyone I know and I know every one of the guests will be doing the same. Not only did they sound amazing they were dressed for the part too. "Wow! What an evening we had! We absolutely LOVED our wedding evening and you absolutely made the night! We LOVED the dances, and so did all our guests. I couldn’t get over how good you all were! Thank you SO much for being such an excellent band, to plan with before our wedding and to perform on the night. We’ve attached some photos, which we hope you like too! Thank you ever so much, and should we ever need a band in the future, we’ll be sure to get in contact with you!"

"The Tribe were very good. The guy who seemed to be in charge was very professional. The band set up quickly and we’re ready to go on time. The female singer was great and engaged with kids and got them dancing. All in all we were happy with the band and, given the demand at the time, the price was acceptable."

"What a brilliant band! We booked Michael’s group at a fairly short notice for our afternoon garden party. Michael phoned me twice before the event to check details and discuss our requirements. They arrived early, in plenty of time to set up, and advised on the best place for them to perform. The music was fantastic, they really involved everyone and got people dancing and joining in. They looked and sounded great, and turned the party into a great event. Thank you!"

"We booked Midnight Train for the evening party at our wedding and additionally Tom and his partner as an acoustic duo for our ceremony and drinks reception. All aspects were incredible - our ceremony music was so beautiful and helped welcome our guests to the day. The drinks reception music was perfect and really added to the atmosphere. And the evening band were phenomenal - they are such talented singers and musicians and the dance floor was packed all night!! So many people said how amazing they were! They are also exceptionally nice people and were so easy to work with! Thank you to them all for making our wedding so much fun! We could not recommend them highly enough."

"Great experience with Donaghue Quartet who sang in the church service at our wedding. They were helpful in suggesting music, coordinating with the church and the organist and performed brilliantly on the day. Highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again!"
