"Fantastic experience! Our piper was Ian. He is a great musician and understands how to entertain a group with his bagpipe! He answered all our questions, even the most important one: What are men wearing under their kilt ;) If you want to find out too and love bagpipes, add to your travels in Scotland a session with your own piper! You will surely love it as much as we did!"

"Andy played the bagpipes today at my dads funeral he was amazing very proffsional he lead the hearse from the main entrance all the way to the graveside played minstrel boy then played Danny boy one of my dads favourites then finished off with a beautiful ending. Andy I would recommend 100 percent all who attended the funeral today were amazed at Andy talent and professionalism he blown us all away with his talent . ( perfect) Many thanks Joanne and family "

"Stevie attended a weekend event supporting the Royal Marines Charity at Clennell Hall Hotel in Northumberland. Stevie made every effort to accommodate our needs and went above and beyond to do this as our timings moved considerably. His playing of the bagpipes on completion of our minutes silence was so moving and totally appropriate to the moment. He is a complete professional with the personal touch and is willing to help make the occasion very special. The immaculate traditional dress also adds to the overall package provided by Stevie. He’s already booked for next year. Ian Scott"

"Our original piper emailed me at 9:30am on our wedding day to cancel the booking for valid reasons however, they did not call me and it was only by chance I saw their email. We found Julia who luckily was free, she had around two hours notice to put on her Highland dress, drive 12 miles, set up and play for our guests. She was there on time and learnt the song I wanted piped down the isle to, on the way. She was amazing, and played absolutely beautifully. I wanted to wait to walk down the isle so I could hear her play more of the song that I loved, it made me so emotional hearing her play. Our guests loved her too, and all complimented on how well she played. I would recommend Julia for your event and she will always be my first piper to call for any future events. We are eternally grateful for all that you did Juli, thank you. "

"Andrew was incredible. It was my Grans 80th on the 31st August. Due to lockdown she has be isolating since the start so has been able to see any family. My Gran is Scottish and has always loved the bagpipes. I wanted to do something special for her so I booked Andrew as a surprise so turn up at her house and play a few songs. Andrew was amazing, had my gran in tears. Played all the songs we requested beautifully. Such a memorable day. I can’t highly recommend Andrew enough. So professional and outstanding. I’m sure I will book him again in the future. "

"Dad is an ex Kings Own Scottish Borderer, so we want a military piper for his Birthday surprise. Hector is an ex Scots Guards Piper and came highly recommended to us. Hector looked amazing and entered the hall playing the Kings Own Scottish Borderer's regimental march All the Blue Bonnets over the Border. Dad was ecstatic! Hector also played all Dad's favourite regimental tunes and songs. Hector piped the cake in, played dance sets and finished the night off with Auld Lang Syne. Hector now plays at all of our family functions. He is the best!"

"I came to LMM with a bit of a whacky idea of hosting a bagpipe pub crawl for Burns Night, and was suggested Robin as our piper. We got so much more that we could have possibly asked for, he absolutely made the evening and all our guests were SO impressed. One gentleman even said that Robin was the best he'd ever seen - and he was a piper himself! Robin was fantastic at supporting and communicating before the event, it was easy to see how invested he really was in pulling this all off. On the night he provided such an incredible experience with his boundless energy and passion, and he truly led the evening - which, as an English Norfolk-born girl running a Burns event for the first time, I was so pleased with! Thank you a million times over for such a fun experience Robin, and we can't wait to have you back next year."

She knew every song which we had requested to be played while our guests were arriving. So many of our guests were commenting on the special touch that you gave to our day. "First of all thank you so much for the amazing job that you did at the wedding! It was an absolute delight to have such a lovely welcome and all the guests loved the music. I have several lovely photos, most of which have not been transferred to my computer, but will be in the next few weeks. When you played Cock of the North for us to walk into the reception I realised that I had heard my father singing that song with some very irreverent words that he had learnt in the war!"
