"We had Jamie play at our ceremony at Winton Castle, honestly everything was perfect. We had a list of songs and hymns that we wanted to play and there were no issues whatsoever. Jamie is a great piano player and we got numerous compliments on how good the music was during the ceremony. Would recommend him to anyone ! "

"Zoe has played in two groups that I have conducted (one pit orchestra and a symphony). She is a competent, collaborative and versatile orchestral musician and responds well to direction. She also musically interacts well with other musicians. I would definitely recommend Zoe to any orchestra or musical group looking for an accomplished and experienced harpist and I would not hesitate to work with her again"

"Duncan was an absolute pleasure to deal with before, during and after the event. He was responsive in the build-up and had arrived and set up in plenty of time. He made a huge effort to take on our requests and even helped me with a surprise for my wife to be! All of our guests not only commented on how good Duncan was, but also how happy and smiley he is which makes a real difference! Thank you very much Duncan!"

"We had Caroline playing her harp during our wedding ceremony and post ceremony drinks. She is so talented and played lots of our favourite songs so beautifully. "Lion Strings played at our wedding in August this year and was one of the best decisions we made for our day. She is incredibly talented and her music was just stunning during our drinks reception and wedding breakfast. We had so many compliments from guests about her and she was such a pleasure to have as part of our day. "Meredith played beautifully at my mother’s funeral. She worked effectively with the celebrant to ensure all went smoothly on the day. The music was perfectly timed, which enabled us as a family to focus on our own contribution to the service. We were delighted that amongst Meredith’s wide repertoire were some of my mum’s favourite classical pieces. We’ve had many messages from those who attended saying how lovely the music was. "Dave provided a really enjoyable addition to our informal garden celebration for an eighty year old’s birthday. He played a great selection of soft jazz and was a delight to the guests.
