"Thank you & Vic for the fantastic music for the party - we all had a great time and our guests have said how much they enjoyed it. Thank you for travelling over to Bromsgrove for the evening to perform. Steve and I really enjoyed your excellent jazz guitar music, with many melodies that Steve recognised. Django's Swing 42 is a favourite. The music blended excellently into the whole theme and vibe of the party! "

"We would like to say thank you again for playing at our wedding last month, you really added something special to the celebration. From the earliest planning stages it was very important to me that we would have a piper playing some of the tunes I knew from all the Highland Games my dad took me to as a youngster. I had the window open in the room at the hotel where I was getting ready so I could hear you clearly. You were brilliant on the day, going above and beyond the call of duty throughout, and were glad we chose you. It was very good of you to stay on as long as you did. We hadn't even considered being piped into the meal, but it was a lovely way to introduce the next part of the day. Very best wishes, and thanks again. Neil & Anna. PS: Thanks for "Hector the Hero". "Katie & Stephen have jetted off to Antigua for a couple of weeks and no doubt they will want to thank you themselves on their return, but we wanted to get in touch ourselves to say how great the band were on Sunday. Everyone enjoyed the music and without doubt they contributed a great deal to making it an unforgettable experience, not only for Katie & Stephen, but all the guests as well; they really got the party started. "Regarding 21C, our feedback is all very positive. The band were fantastic live- whilst the video on-line was good, it doesn't really do them justice. The quality of the sound & their performance was excellent. Their choice of songs was also just right, as was their interaction with our (occasionally slightly mad & inebriated) guests! They got everyone dancing and created a great atmosphere. Probably the best sign is that many people (including the discerning music lovers amongst the guests) told me later how much they had enjoyed the music & asked me who the band was/ how I had found them. The DJ was also great at maintaining the tempo & atmosphere. She did a great job of finding the spanish language tracks & mixing them into the night. But at the same time she adapted in order to keep everyone on the dance floor. Everyone was very flexible considering that the music started an hour later than planned & that they were interrupted for a few unexpected hiccups. We really appreciated therefore that everyone stayed until 1am and were still there packing up when we left. They were also great at checking with me if we wanted to stick to the original plan given the delay, how we wanted the music for the bouquet/ garter throwing etc. All in all, everyone was excellent & topped off a great day. I would happily recommend the band & the DJ for anyone's event."

"Carlito Was the Highlight of Our Wedding! We booked him to play during our cocktail hour and then again in the evening with our DJ, and he completely exceeded our expectations. His saxophone performance was classy, energetic, and full of personality, he knew exactly how to read the crowd. The transition from chilled vibes to a lively evening party was spotless, and everyone was up dancing! So many of our guests commented on how amazing he was. He was also super professional and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. We can’t recommend him highly enough!"

"Hi Steve, I just wanted to say a big thank you for the party on Saturday night, it went down a storm! My wife loved it (she's the important one, as it was her surprise party), and so did everybody else! Even the couple of teenagers that were there joined in! It literally was 8 to 80 years old's, although in didn't notice my mother in law dancing (she has had both hips replaced). I thoroughly recommend 'Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band' and will pass on your details to anybody looking for entertainment! Thanks again! Kevin "
